Abstract
MÉTODO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE PAPEL, PAPEL TOALHA, PAPELÃO OU ALGO DO GÊNERO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a fabricação de papel, papel toalha, papelão ou algo do gênero ao usar material de fibra reciclado como matéria-prima. O método compreende as etapas a seguir: a formação de polpa de papel reciclado, papelão ou algo do gênero em um formador de polpa e obtenção de um fluxo de polpa compreendendo (i) uma fase aquosa e (ii) pelo menos fibras recicladas e amido com um baixo peso molecular, que são dispersos na fase aquosa; adição de um agente coagulante ao fluxo da polpa ou um fluxo do processo aquoso compreendendo amido com um baixo peso molecular; colocação do agente coagulante para interagir com o amido que tem baixo peso molecular e opcionalmente a formação de agregados; e adição de pelo menos um agente de floculação, após a adição do agente coagulante, a qualquer fluxo, compreendendo o agente coagulante interagido, e formação de um fluxo tratado com amido que compreende aglomerado(s); e retenção de pelo menos uma parte dos ditos agregados e/ou dos ditos aglomerados nas fibras ou em uma rede, que é formada.
