Claims (22)
1. Postupak za oblikovanje kompozitnog proizvoda, naznačen time, da postupak obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
priprema sloja koji sadrži pločasti materijal za oblikovanje u kalupu (22);
priprema nosivog materijala (26);
nanošenje sloja pločastog materijala na površinu nosivog materijala, pri čemu se pločasti materijal zagrijava na temperaturu višu od 100 stupnjeva C; i
stlačivanje pločastog materijala na nosivom materijalu kako bi se ostvario spoj;
gdje nosivi materijal obuhvaća materijal čija je struktura u biti otvorenih pora, kako bi se plin i/ili para mogli odstranjivati s područja stlačivanja.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da nosivi materijal obuhvaća pjenasti materijal.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da on uključuje korak primjene tlaka.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se pločasti materijal za oblikovanje zagrijava na temperaturu višu od oko 120 stupnjeva C.

10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da pločasti materijal obuhvaća vlakna za ojačavanje.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da pločasti materijal obuhvaća jedno ili više ugljičnih vlakana, staklenih vlakana i aramidnih vlakana.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da sloj pločastog materijala oblikovanog u kalupu, sadrži spoj za pločasto oblikovanje u kalupu (SMC - "sheet moulding compound").
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da sloj pločastog materijala oblikovanog u kalupu, sadrži sastav za stvrdnjavanje.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se viskozitet pločastog materijala, smanjuje za vrijeme koraka stlačivanja.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se pločasti materijal nanosi tako, da ostvaruje bitno jednostruku debljinu.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se pločasti materijal nanosi na uglavnom cijelu površinu kalupa.
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se veći broj slojeva pločastog materijala nanosi na površinu kalupa.
18. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da postupak nadalje obuhvaća nanošenje sloja vlakana za ojačavanje između nosivog materijala i pločastog materijala.
19. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se pločasti materijal nanosi na površinu kalupa koja se sastoji od aluminija ili od legure aluminija.
20. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se pločasti materijal nanosi na površinu kalupa koja ima površinski uzorak.
21. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da postupak uključuje korak postavljanja dodatnih sastojaka između dva sloja od pločastog materijala, koji se stvrdnjavaju.
