Claims (23)
- 少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた部品であって、
第1の材料で作られた第1の構造層と、
第2の材料で作られた空間支持層と、
前記第1の構造層との間に前記空間支持層が配置された、前記第1の材料で作られた第3の構造層と、
ロール形状にあり、前記部品の一端に配置され、最終組立体への接続のための接続部をなす追加のシートと、
を備え、前記追加のシート、前記第1の構造層、前記空間層、及び前記第3の構造層は鋳型に配置され、前記第1の構造層及び前記第3の構造層が前記空間支持層と化学的に結合するように、前記鋳型が加熱されることを特徴とする部品。 - 前記第1の構造層及び前記第3の構造層のそれぞれは、熱成形可能な予備含浸されたシート・モールディング・コンパウンド(SMC)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた部品。
- 前記熱成形可能な予備含浸されたSMCは、熱硬化材料、高分子樹脂、不活性充填剤、繊維補強材、触媒、顔料及び安定剤、剥離剤、増粘剤、並びにこれらの組み合わせをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の少なくとも1つの熱形成可能な材料で作られた部品。
- 前記第1の構造層及び前記第3の構造層のそれぞれは、予備含浸された材料をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた部品。
- 前記予備含浸された材料は、ガラスマット熱可塑性材(GMT)、ケブラー、Eガラス、炭素繊維材、複合繊維材、及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される1つであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた部品。
- 前記空間支持層は、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、スチレン・アクリロニトリル樹脂(SAN)、及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される1つの材料から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた部品。
- 前記第1の構造層及び前記第3の構造層は実質的に同じ厚さであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた部品。
- 前記第1の構成層及び前記第3の構造層は異なる厚さであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた部品。
- 前記空間支持層は、前記第1の構造層及び前記第3の構造層と比較して、より大きな厚さであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた部品。
- 少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料の部品を作る方法であって、
第1の予備含浸された材料で作られる第1の層を準備するステップと、
高分子材料で作られる第2の層を準備するステップと、
前記第1の予備含浸された材料で作られる第3の層を準備するステップと、
前記第1の層及び前記第2の層が、異なる寸法の、いくつかの個別に裁断されたシートを含むようにするステップであって、前記個別に裁断されたシートは、予め決定された前記部品の所望の形状に応じて、前記第2の層の異なる領域に沿って使用され、異なる輪郭及び厚みを与えるステップと、
ロール形状にあり、前記部品の一端に配置され、最終組立体への接続のための接続部をなす追加のシートを準備するステップと、
前記第1の層、前記第2の層、及び前記第3の層を鋳型の中に配置して、前記第2の層が前記第1の層と前記第3の層との間に配置されてシートを形成するようにするステップと、
前記第1の層が前記第2の層に結合され、前記第3の層が前記第2の層に結合されるように、前記鋳型を所望の硬化温度に加熱することにより前記鋳型内の前記シートを硬化させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 摂氏93.9度乃至摂氏204.4度(華氏200度乃至華氏約400度)の範囲、摂氏121.1度乃至摂氏176.7度(華氏250度乃至華氏350度)の範囲、又は摂氏137.8度乃至摂氏160度(華氏280度乃至華氏320度)の範囲内であるように、前記所望の硬化温度をもたらすステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料の部品を作る方法。
- ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、スチレン・アクリロニトリル樹脂(SAN)、及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択されるものとなるように、前記高分子材料を準備するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料の部品を作る方法。
- シート・モールディング・コンパウンド(SMC)、ガラスマット熱可塑性材(GMT)、ケブラー、Eガラス、炭素繊維材、複合繊維材、及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択されるもの1つとなるように、前記第1の予備含浸された材料を選択するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料の部品を作る方法。
- 1.0ミリメートル乃至5.0ミリメートル、1.0ミリメートル乃至2.0ミリメートル、又は1.3ミリメートル乃至1.7ミリメートルの厚さであるように、前記第1の層及び前記第3の層を準備するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料の部品を作る方法。
- 1.0ミリメートル乃至50.8ミリメートル、1.0ミリメートル乃至25.4ミリメートル、又は1.0ミリメートル乃至5.0ミリメートルの厚さになるように、前記中間層を準備するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料の部品を作る方法。
- 少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた風車羽根であって、
シート・モールディング・コンパウンドで作られた上部構造層と、
第1の側及び第2の側を有する、高分子材料で作られた中間支持層と、
前記シート・モールディング・コンパウンドで作られた下部構造層と、
ロール形状にあり、前記部品の一端に配置され、最終組立体への接続のための接続部をなす追加のシートと、
を備え、前記上部構造層は前記中間支持層の前記第1の側に結合され、前記下部構造層は前記中間支持層の前記第2の側に結合され、シートを形成することを特徴とする、風車羽根。 - 前記高分子は、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、スチレン・アクリロニトリル樹脂(SAN)、及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択されるものであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた風車羽根。
- 前記シート・モールディング・コンパウンドは、熱硬化材料、高分子樹脂、不活性充填剤、繊維補強材、触媒、顔料及び安定剤、剥離剤、増粘剤、並びにこれらの組み合わせをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた風車羽根。

- 前記第1の厚さは、1.0ミリメートル乃至5.0ミリメートル、1.0ミリメートル乃至2.0ミリメートル、又は1.3ミリメートル乃至1.7ミリメートルであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた風車羽根。
- 前記中間支持層は、1.0ミリメートル乃至50.8ミリメートル、1.0ミリメートル乃至25.4ミリメートル、又は1.0ミリメートル乃至5.0ミリメートルの厚さであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた風車羽根。
- 前記シートは、鋳型に配置され、硬化されて、前記上部構造層を前記中間支持層に結合し、かつ、前記下部構造層を前記中間支持層に結合することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた風車羽根。
- 前記シートは、摂氏93.9度乃至摂氏204.4度(華氏200度乃至華氏約400度)の範囲、摂氏121.1度乃至摂氏176.7度(華氏250度乃至華氏350度)の範囲、又は摂氏137.8度乃至摂氏160度(華氏280度乃至華氏320度)の範囲の温度で硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の少なくとも1つの熱成形可能な材料で作られた風車羽根。
