Claims (17)
1. Materijal koji se sastoji od ekspandiranog polimera kao jezgre prekrivene barem jednim unutarnjim zaštitnim slojem koji se sastoji od metalne folije te barem jednim vanjskim zaštitnim slojem koji se sastoji od staklenih vlakana naznačen time da je vanjski zaštitni sloj krajnji sloj.
2. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 1 naznačen time što je metalna folija aluminij.
3. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 2 naznačen time da je debljina aluminijske folije od 1 do 400 μm, povoljno od 2 do 50 μm.
4. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 1 ili 2 naznačen time da su staklena vlakna u obliku tkanih vlakana, pletenih vlakana ili jednosmjerno tkanih.
5. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 4 naznačen time da je stakleno vlakno presvučeno neorganskim tvarima.
6. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva od 1 do 4 naznačen time što je veličina otvora staklenog vlakna od 0,01 do 0,80 mm, posebno povoljno od 0,04 do 0,25 mm.
7. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva od 1 do 4 naznačen time da je poželjna debljina niti staklenog vlakna od 5 do 250 niti po cm, posebno od 20 do 60 niti po cm.
8. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva od 1 do 7 naznačen time da su vanjski zaštitni sloj (A) i unutarnji zaštitni sloj (B) ili unutarnji zaštitni sloj (B) i sloj spojeva supstrata (C) spojeni ljepilom.
9. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 8 naznačen time da ljepilo ima svojstvo da slabo gori.
10. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 9 naznačen time da je ljepilo na bazi kloroprena.
11. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva od 1 do 10 naznačen time da se dodatni slojevi upotrebljavaju za učvršćivanje i ukrašavanje.
12. Postupak za proizvodnju materijala temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva od 1 do 11 naznačen time da je u neprekinutom postupku.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju materijala temeljem zahtjeva 12 naznačen time da je u neprekinutom postupku ekstrudiranja u dva koraka i postupku kalandriranja.
14. Uporaba materijala temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva od 1 do 11 naznačena time što je u zaštitne svrhe.
15. Uporaba materijala temeljem zahtjeva 14 naznačena time da je za primjenu kod zaštite protiv temperature i/ili vatre i/ili buke/vibracije.
16. Uporaba materijala temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva od 1 do 11 naznačena time što je za toplinsku i/ili zvučnu izolaciju i/ili zvučnu i/ili vibracijsku amortizaciju i/ili izolaciju od vatre.
17. Uporaba materijala temeljem zahtjeva 16 naznačena time što je za toplinsku i/ili zvučnu izolaciju i/ili izolaciju od vatre unutar i izvan građevina, plovila, kontejnera i cijevi, kao što su zidovi, stropovi, podovi, krovovi, cisterne, cijevi i kanali.
