Claims (25)

1. Materijal koji uključuje elastomer ili termoplastični elastomer koji se širi na gustoću ne manju od 200 kg/m3, poželjno ne manju od 100 kg/m3, naročito poželjno ne manju od 65 kg/m3 u skladu s ISO 845 kao jezgrom (C) koja je prekrivena s najmanje jednim unutarnjim zaštitnim slojem (B) koji uključuje metalnu foliju debljine od 1-400 mikrona, poželjno 2-50 mikrona, ili vlaknastog materijala koji je barem vatrozaštitan u skladu s DIN 4102 B1 i/ili ASTM E-84 širenja vatre 100 i s barem jednim zaštitnim vanjskim slojem (A) koji se sastoji od vlaknastog materijala koji je barem vatrozaštitan u skladu s DIN 4102 B1 i/ili ASTM E-84 širenja vatre 100 i pri čemu je prosječna gustoća niti ili vlakna vlaknastog materijala 5 do 500 po cm.
2. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 1 naznačen time što je metalna folija (B) aluminij.
3. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 1 ili 2 naznačen time što je vlaknasti materijal sloja (A) i/ili (B) u obliku tkane tkanine, pletene tkanine, jednosmjernog tkanja ili netkan.
4. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 1 ili 2 naznačen time što je vlaknasti materijal sloja (A) i/ili (B) ugrađen u matricu barem s 30 postotaka težinski, poželjno u vatrozaštitni i/ili nezapaljivi i/ili halogenirani materijal, naročito poželjno u CPE i/ili PVC i/ili ljepilo na bazi slilikata.
5. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 3 ili 4 naznačen time što je vlaknasti materijal sloja (A) i/ili (B) stakleno vlakno.
6. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-5 naznačen time što vlaknasti materijal (A) ima prosječnu veličinu mreže ili otvora lijevka od 0.01 do 2.00 mm, poželjno 0.04 do 0.80 mm, naročito poželjno od 0.10 do 0.25 mm; prosječnu gustoću niti ili vlakna od 10 do 250 po cm, poželjno 20 do 60 po cm.
7. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-6 naznačen time što vlaknasti materijal (B) ima prosječnu veličinu mreže ili otvora lijevka za tkaninu od 0.01 do 0.80 mm, poželjno 0.08 do 0.5 mm; prosječnu gustoću niti ili vlakna od 5 do 250 po cm, poželjno 40 do 100 po cm.
8. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-7 naznačen time što je sadržaj zatvorenih stanica ekspandirane jezgre (C) barem 80%.
9. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-8 naznačen time što su barem slojevi (A) i (B) spojeni s vatrozaštitnim i/ili nezapaljivim spojem, poželjno vatrozaštitnim i/ili nezapaljivim ljepilom.
10. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 9 naznačen time što je vatrozaštitni i/ili nezapaljivi spoj unaprijed nanesen na sloj (A) ili između slojeva (A) i (B) prije krajnje laminacija na (C).
11. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 9-10 naznačen time što je vatrozaštitni i/ili nezapaljivi spoj baziran na spojevima koji sadrže halogen i/ili su silikatni.
12. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-11 naznačen time što su dodatni slojevi naneseni radi zaštite, ojačanja i u svrhu dekoracije.
13. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-12 naznačen time što su slojevi osim (A) i (B) spojeni upotrebom ljepila i/ili vrućeg taljenja i/ili termoplastike.
14. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 13 naznačen time što su ljepilo i/ili vruće taljenje i/ili termoplastika već unaprijed naneseni barem na jednu stranu sloja (B) ili između i/ili na vrhu barem jedne strane slojeva (A) i (B) prije krajnje laminacije na (C).
15. Materijal temeljem zahtjeva 14 naznačen time što unaprijed laminirani, montažni kompozitni slojevi uključuju barem (A) i (B) i naneseni su s ljepilom i/ili vrućim taljenjem i/ili termoplastikom na jednu ili više strana sloja (C).
16. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-15 naznačen time što sloj (A) i/ili sloj (B) čine jedno ili više preklapanja koja se mogu koristiti za oblikovanje zajedničkih brtvi i/ili šavova između višeslojnih dijelova barem (A)(B)(C) konfiguracije i/ili između navedenih višeslojnoih dijelova i drugih materijala.
17. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-16 naznačen time što su površinske strukture nanesene na unutarnju i/ili vanjsku stranu (A)(B)(C) kompozita kako bi unaprijedile zvučno/toplinsko razdvajanje, spajanje i raspršivanje vatre/topline.
18. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-17 naznačen time što čitav kompozit pokazuje svojstva barijere difuzije vodene pare od barem μ 2500, poželjno barem μ 5000, naročito poželjno barem μ 10000, u skladu s EN 12086.
19. Materijal temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-18 naznačen time što čitav kompozit ima toplinsku provodljivost od manje od 0.080 W/m*K pri 0°C u skladu s EN 12667.
20. Postupak za proizvodnju materijala temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-19 u stalnom postupku.
21. Postupak za proizvodnju materijala temeljem zahtjeva 20 u stalnom postupku od dva koraka – ekstruzije/ekspanzije i laminacije.
22. Postupak za proizvodnju materijala temeljem zahtjeva 20 ili 21 naznačen time što je montažni kompozit od barem (A) i (B) laminiran na (C).
23. Upotreba materijala temeljem zahtjeva 1-19 za primjene koje zahtijevaju zaštitu od temperature i/ili vatre i/ili buke/vibracija u primjenama u zatvorenim i otvorenim prostorima.
24. Upotreba materijala temeljem bilo kojeg od zahtjeva 1-19 za toplinsku i/ili zvučnu izolaciju i/ili izolaciju za ublažavanje zvuka i/ili vibracija i/ili izolaciju za zaštitu od vatre.
25. Upotreba materijala temeljem zahtjeva 24 za toplinsku i/ili zvučnu izolaciju i/ili izolaciju za zaštitu od vatre u i izvan građevina, plovila, spremnika i cijevi, kao što su zidovi, stropovi, podovi, krovovi, tankovi, cijevi i kanali.
