Claims (33)
1. Postupak za pripremanje proizvoda površinski obrađenog materijala punila sa sukcinskim anhidridom(ima), te postupak sadrži barem slijedeće korake:
a) osiguravanje barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat koji ima
i) vrijednost srednje veličine čestica d50 u rasponu od 0.1 µm do 7 µm,
ii) gornji rez (d98) od ≤ 15 µm,
iii) specifičnu površinu (BET) od 0.5 do 150 m2/g mjereno pomoću BET postupka s dušikom, te
iv) udio ukupne zaostale vlage od 0.01 tež.-% do 1 tež.-%, bazirano na ukupnoj težini suhe tvari barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat,
b) osiguravanje barem jednog mono-supstituiranog sukcinskog anhidrida i proizvoljno barem jedne supstituirane sukcinske kiseline u količini od 0.1 do 3 tež.-%, bazirano na ukupnoj težini suhe tvari barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a),
c) dovođenje u kontakt površine barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a) uz miješanje, u jednom ili više koraka, s barem jednim mono-supstituiranim sukcinskim anhidridom i proizvoljno barem jednom mono-supstituiranom sukcinskom kiselinom iz koraka b) tako da obrađeni sloj sadrži barem jedan mono-supstituirani sukcinski anhidrid i proizvoljno barem jednu mono-supstituiranu sukcinsku kiselinu i/ili njihov slani reakcijski produkt(e) nastaje na površini navedenog barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a),
naznačen time da se temperatura prije i/ili tijekom koraka dovođenja u kontakt c) podešava tako da je temperatura barem 2°C iznad točke taljenja barem jednog mono-supstituiranog sukcinskog anhidrida i proizvoljno barem jedne supstituirane sukcinske kiseline.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je barem jedan materijal punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a) odabran iz skupa koji čine prirodni kalcijev karbonat (GCC), taložni kalcijev karbonat (PCC), modificirani kalcijev karbonat (MCC) i njihove smjese.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da barem jedan materijal punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a) sadrži barem jedan prirodni kalcijev karbonat (GCC) odabran iz skupine koju čine mramor, kreda, dolomit, vapnenac i njihove smjese i/ili barem jedan taložni kalcijev karbonat (PCC) odabran iz skupine koju čine jedan ili više od aragonitnih, vateritnih i kalcitnih mineraloških kristalnih oblika i/ili barem jedan modificirani kalcijev karbonat (MCC).
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da barem jedan materijal punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a) ima vrijednost srednje veličine čestica d50 od 0.25 µm do 5 µm i poželjno od 0.7 µm do 4 µm.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da barem jedan materijal punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a) ima gornji rez (d98) ≤ 12.5 µm, poželjno ≤ 10 µm i najpoželjnije ≤ 7.5 µm.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da barem jedan materijal punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a) ima specifičnu površinu (BET) od 0.5 do 50 m2/g, poželjnije od 0.5 do 35 m2/g i najpoželjnije od 0.5 do 15 m2/g mjereno pomoću BET postupka s dušikom.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da barem jedan materijal punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a) ima udio ukupne zaostale vlage od 0.01 do 0.2 tež.-%, poželjno od 0.02 do 0.15 tež.-% i najpoželjnije od 0.04 do 0.15 tež.-%, bazirano na ukupnoj težini suhe tvari barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
8. 9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da se barem jedan mono-supstituirani sukcinski anhidrid i proizvoljno barem jedna mono-supstituirana sukcinska kiselina iz koraka b) osiguravaju u ukupnoj količini od 0.1 do 2.5 tež.-%, poželjno u količini od 0.1 do 2 tež.-%, poželjnije u količini od 0.1 do 1.5 tež.-%, čak poželjnije u količini od 0.1 do 1 tež.-% i najpoželjnije u količini od 0.2 do 0.8 tež.-% bazirano na ukupnoj težini suhe tvari barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da se barem jedan mono-supstituirani sukcinski anhidrid iz koraka b) sastoji od sukcinskog anhidrida mono-supstituiranog sa skupinom koja se bira od ravne, razgranate, alifatske i cikličke skupine koja ima ukupnu količinu ugljikovih atoma od C2 do C30, poželjno od C3 do C25 i najpoželjnije od C4 do C20 u supstituentu.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da je barem jedan mono-supstituirani sukcinski anhidrid iz koraka b) barem jedan alkil mono-supstituirani sukcinski anhidrid, poželjno barem jedan alkil mono-supstituirani sukcinski anhidrid odabran iz skupine koju čine etilsukcinski anhidrid, propilsukcinski anhidrid, butilsukcinski anhidrid, triizobutil sukcinski anhidrid, pentilsukcinski anhidrid, heksilsukcinski anhidrid, heptilsukcinski anhidrid, oktilsukcinski anhidrid, nonilsukcinski anhidrid, decil sukcinski anhidrid, dodecil sukcinski anhidrid, heksadekanil sukcinski anhidrid, oktadekanil sukcinski anhidrid, i njihove smjese.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da je barem jedan mono-supstituirani sukcinski anhidrid iz koraka b) barem jedan alkenil mono-supstituirani sukcinski anhidrid, poželjno barem jedan alkenil mono-supstituirani sukcinski anhidrid odabran iz skupine koju čine etenilsukcinski anhidrid, propenilsukcinski anhidrid, butenilsukcinski anhidrid, triizobutenil sukcinski anhidrid, pentenilsukcinski anhidrid, heksenilsukcinski anhidrid, heptenilsukcinski anhidrid, oktenilsukcinski anhidrid, nonenilsukcinski anhidrid, decenil sukcinski anhidrid, dodecenil sukcinski anhidrid, heksadecenil sukcinski anhidrid, oktadecenil sukcinski anhidrid, i njihove smjese.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da se barem jedan mono-supstituirani sukcinski anhidrid i proizvoljno barem jedna mono-supstituirana sukcinska kiselina iz koraka b) dodaju u koraku dovođenja u kontakt c) u ukupnoj količini od 0.1 do 2 tež.-%, poželjno od 0.2 do 1.5 tež.-% i najpoželjnije od 0.3 do 1 tež.-%, bazirano na ukupnoj težini suhe tvari barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a).
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da je barem jedna mono-supstituirana sukcinska kiselina iz koraka b) prisutna u količini od ≤ 10 mol.-%, temeljeno na molarnoj sumi barem jednog mono-supstituiranog sukcinskog anhidrida i barem jedne mono-supstituirane sukcinske kiseline.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time da se korak dovođenja u kontakt c) provodi kod temperature od 30 do 200 °C, poželjno od 80 do 150 °C i najpoželjnije od 110 do 130 °C.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time da se korak dovođenja u kontakt c) provodi u šarži ili kao kontinuirani postupak, poželjno tijekom vremenskog perioda od 0.1 do 1000 sekundi.
17. Postupak prema zahtjevu 16, naznačen time da je korak dovođenja u kontakt c) kontinuirani postupak i sadrži jedan ili nekoliko koraka dovođenja u kontakt i ukupno vrijeme kontakta je od 0.1 do 20 s, poželjno od 0.5 do 15 s i najpoželjnije od 1 do 10 s.
18. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 17, naznačen time da su slani reakcijski produkt(i) mono-supstituirane sukcinske kiseline i/ili barem jednog mono-supstituiranog sukcinskog anhidrida nastalog na površini navedenog barem jednog materijal punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat u koraku c) njihova jedna ili više kalcijevih soli i/ili jedna ili više magnezijevih soli.
19. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 18, naznačen time da postupak nadalje sadrži korak d) dovođenja u kontakt barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a), u jednom ili više koraka, s barem jednim polisiloksanom.
20. Postupak prema zahtjevu 19, naznačen time da se korak dovođenja u kontakt d) provodi tijekom i/ili nakon koraka dovođenja u kontakt c), poželjno nakon koraka dovođenja u kontakt c).
21. Postupak prema zahtjevu 19 ili 20, naznačen time da se korak dovođenja u kontakt d) provodi kod temperature od 40 do 200 °C, poželjno kod temperature od 50 do 150 °C i najpoželjnije od 60 do 120 °C.
22. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 19 do 21, naznačen time da se barem jedan organski materijal dodaje u koraku dovođenja u kontakt d) u količini od 100 do 1 000 ppm, poželjno od 200 do 800 ppm i najpoželjnije od 300 do 700 ppm, bazirano na ukupnoj težini suhe tvari barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a).
23. Proizvod površinski obrađenog materijala punila koji sadrži
a) barem jedan materijal punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat, kako je definirano u zahtjevima 1 do 7, koji ima
i) vrijednost srednje veličine čestica d50 u rasponu od 0.1 µm do 7 µm,
ii) gornji rez (d98) ≤ 15 µm,
iii) specifičnu površinu (BET) od 0.5 do 150 m2/g mjereno pomoću BET postupka s dušikom, i
iv) udio ukupne zaostale vlage od ≤ 1 tež.-%, bazirano na ukupnoj težini suhe tvari barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat, i
b) obrađeni sloj na površini barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat sadrži barem jedan mono-supstituirani sukcinski anhidrid i barem jednu mono-supstituiranu sukcinsku kiselinu i/ili njihov slani reakcijski produkt(e), kako je definirano u zahtjevima 1 ili 10 do 12 ili 18,
naznačen time da proizvod površinski obrađenog materijala punila sadrži obrađeni sloj u količini od 0.1 do 3 tež.-%, bazirano na ukupnoj težini suhe tvari barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
24. Proizvod površinski obrađenog materijala punila prema zahtjevu 23, naznačen time da je molarni omjer barem jednog mono-supstituiranog sukcinskog anhidrida i proizvoljno barem jedne mono-supstituirane sukcinske kiseline prema slanom reakcijskom produktu(ima) od 99.9:0.1 do 0.1:99.9, poželjno od 70:30 do 90:10.
25. Proizvod površinski obrađenog materijala punila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 23 do 24, naznačen time da obrađeni sloj dodatno sadrži barem jedan polisiloksan.
26. Proizvod površinski obrađenog materijala punila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 23 do 25, naznačen time da proizvod površinski obrađenog materijala punila sadrži obrađeni sloj u količini od 0.1 do 2.5 tež.-%, poželjno u količini od 0.1 do 2 tež.-%, poželjnije u količini od 0.1 do 1.5 tež.-%, čak poželjnije u količini od 0.1 do 1 tež.-% i najpoželjnije u količini od 0.2 do 0.8 tež.-% bazirano na ukupnoj težini suhe tvari barem jednog materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
27. Polimerni pripravak naznačen time da sadrži barem jednu polimernu smolu i od 1 do 85 tež.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu polimernog pripravka, proizvoda površinski obrađenog materijala punila kako je definirano u zahtjevima 23 do 26.
28. Polimerni pripravak prema zahtjevu 27, naznačen time da je barem jedna polimerna smola barem jedan termoplastični polimer, poželjno termoplastični polimer odabran iz skupine koju čine homopolimeri i/ili kopolimeri poliolefina, poliamidi, polimeri koji sadrže halogen i/ili poliesteri.
29. Polimerni pripravak prema zahtjevu 27 ili 28, naznačen time da polimerni pripravak je glavna šarža, pri čemu glavna šarža sadrži proizvod površinski obrađenog materijala punila u količini od 50 do 85 tež.-%, poželjno od 60 do 85 tež.-% i poželjnije od 70 do 80 tež.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu glavne šarže.
30. Vlakno i/ili filament i/ili film i/ili nit naznačeni time da sadrže proizvod površinski obrađenog materijala punila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 23 do 26 i/ili polimerni pripravak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 27 do 29.
31. Proizvod koji sadrži proizvod površinski obrađenog materijala punila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 23 do 26 i/ili polimerni pripravak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 27 do 29 i/ili vlakno i/ili filament i/ili film i/ili nit prema zahtjevu 30, naznačeni time da je proizvod odabran iz skupine koju čine higijenski proizvodi, medicinska i zdravstveni proizvodi, proizvodi za filtre, geotekstilni proizvodi, poljoprivredni i hortikulturni proizvoda, proizvodi odjeće, obuće i prtljage, kućanski i industrijski proizvodi, proizvodi za pakiranje, građevni proizvodi i slično.
32. Uporaba mono-supstituiranog sukcinskog anhidrida, kako je definirano u bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 10 do 12, naznačena time da je za smanjenje hidrofilnosti površine materijala punila koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat.
33. Uporaba proizvoda površinski obrađenog materijala punila, kako je definirano u bilo kojem od zahtjeva 23 ili 24, naznačena time da je za iniciranje reakcije umrežavanja u epoksidnim smolama.
