Claims (14)
1. Postupak za pripremu proizvoda mineralnog punila, te postupak sadrži korake:
a) osiguravanje materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat;
b) osiguravanje vode;
c) osiguravanje barem jednog sredstva za mljevenje;
d) mokro mljevenje materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat u smjesi dobivenoj dovođenjem u kontakt bilo kojim redoslijedom:
i) materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat osiguranog u koraku a), s
ii) vodom osiguranom u koraku b), te s
iii) barem jednim sredstvom za mljevenje osiguranim u koraku c) u bilo kojem redoslijedu u barem jednoj jedinici za mljevenje da se dobije vlažno mljeveno mineralno punilo;
e) proizvoljno razvrstavanje vlažno mljevenog mineralnog punila iz koraka d) da se dobije gruba frakcija i fina frakcija, pri čemu se gruba frakcija uklanja ili podvrgava koraku vlažnog mljevenja d) i fina frakcija predstavlja fino mineralno punilo;
f) suženje vlažno mljevenog mineralnog punila iz koraka d) i/ili finog mineralnog punila iz koraka e) da se dobije suho mineralno punilo koje ima ukupni udio vlage manji od ili jednak 1.0 mas.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu navedenog suhog mineralnog punila; i
g) obradu suhog mineralnog punila iz koraka f) sa sredstvom za hidrofobiziranje da se dobije površinski obrađeni proizvod koji ima obrađeni sloj na barem dijelu površine navedenog proizvoda, pri čemu se sredstvo za hidrofobiziranje bira iz skupine koja sadrži masne kiseline koje imaju od 6 do 24 ugljikova atoma u lancu, mono-supstituirane sukcinske anhidride, estere alkil fosforne kiseline, polihidrogensiloksan, polidimetilsiloksan, i njihove smjese;
pri čemu je ukupni sadržaj vlage u smjesi iz koraka d) u rasponu od 15.0 do 50.0 mas.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu navedene smjese;
količina barem jednog sredstva za mljevenje osiguranog u koraku c) je u rasponu od 0.01 do 10.0 mas.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu suhog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat;
temperatura u koraku d) je u rasponu 60 °C do 150 °C; i
barem jedno sredstvo za mljevenje je odabrano iz skupine koja sadrži ko-polimere stiren-maleinski anhidrid i derivate ko-polimera stiren-maleinski anhidrid, navedeni derivati su odabrani od ko-polimera stiren-maleinski anhidrid koji imaju djelomično ili potpuno hidrolizirane jedinice maleinskog anhidrida, pri čemu navedeno sredstvo za mljevenje ima omjer monomernih jedinica (jedinice stirena: jedinice maleinskog anhidrida, S:MA) od 1:2 do 5:1 i molekularnu težinu Mw od 500 do 40000 g/mol.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat osiguran u koraku a) odabran iz prirodnih izvora kalcijevog karbonata i poželjno je odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od mramora, vapnenca, krede, dolomita, i njihovih smjesa.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time da barem jedno sredstvo za mljevenje osigurano u koraku c) ima omjer monomerne jedinice (S:MA) od 1:1 do 4:1, poželjno od 1:1 do 3:1, te poželjnije od 1:1 do 2:1.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da barem jedno sredstvo za mljevenje osigurano u koraku c) ima molekularnu težinu Mw od 2000 do 30000 g/mol i poželjno od 4000 do 8000 g/mol.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da je barem jedno sredstvo za mljevenje osigurano u koraku c) djelomično ili potpuno neutralizirano kationima odabranim između litija, natrija, kalija, kalcija, magnezija, amonijaka, iminija i njihovih smjesa.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da je ukupni sadržaj vlage u smjesi iz koraka d) u rasponu od 18.0 do 35.0 mas.-%, poželjno od 20.0 do 28.0 mas.-%, te poželjnije od 22.0 do 25.0 mas.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu navedene smjese.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da je temperatura u koraku d) u rasponu od 65 °C do 125 °C, poželjno od 70 °C do 115 °C, te poželjnije od 75 °C do 105 °C.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da vlažno mljeveno mineralno punilo iz koraka d) ima ponderirani srednji promjer čestica d50 u rasponu od 0.1 do 8.0 µm, poželjno od 0.2 do 5.0 µm, te poželjnije od 0.4 do 3.0 µm.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da suho mineralno punilo iz koraka f) ima ukupni sadržaj vlage manji od ili jednak 0.5 mas.-%, poželjno manji od ili jednak 0.2 mas.-%, i poželjnije između 0.03 i 0.07 mas.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu navedenog suhog mineralnog punila.
10. Proizvod mineralnog punila dobiven postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da navedeni proizvod ima normaliziranu osjetljivost na porast vlažnosti manju od ili jednaku 0.18 mg/m2.
11. Proizvod mineralnog punila prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da navedeni proizvod ima normaliziranu osjetljivost na porast vlažnosti manju od ili jednaku 0.17 mg/m2, poželjno manju od ili jednaku 0.16 mg/m2, te najpoželjnije od 0.10 do 0.15 mg/m2.
12. Proizvod mineralnog punila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 ili 11, naznačen time da navedeni proizvod ima nestabilnu početnu temperaturu od najmanje ili jednako 200 °C, poželjno najmanje ili jednako 230 °C, te poželjnije najmanje ili jednako 250 °C.
13. Uporaba proizvoda mineralnog punila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 12 u polimernom pripravku, u izradi papira, premazima za papir, poljoprivrednim primjenama, bojama, ljepilima, sredstvima za brtvljenje, građevinskim primjenama i/ili kozmetičkim primjenama, poželjno se navedeni proizvod mineralnog punila koristi u polimernom pripravku.
14. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 13, naznačena time da polimerni pripravak sadrži:
a) barem jednu polimernu smolu; i
b) od 0.1 do 90.0 mas.-%, poželjno od 1.0 do 85.0 mas.-%, te poželjnije od 2.0 do 45.0 mas.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu navedenog polimernog pripravka, proizvoda mineralnog punila prema zahtjevima 10 do 12.
