Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um adesivo de fusão a quente, contendo a) 25 a 95% em peso, preferivelmente 50 a 85% em peso, de pelo menos um polímero poliolefínico; b) 1 a 75% em peso, preferivelmente 1 a 40% em peso, de pelo menos uma resina comunicadora de adesão; c) 0 a 15% em peso, de pelo menos um plastificante; e d) 0 a 30% em peso, de pelo menos um aditivo e/ou substância aditiva selecionada a partir de estabilizadores, promotores de adesão, materiais de enchimento ou pigmentos, ceras e/ou outros polímeros ou combinações dos mesmos, caracterizado pelo fato de que o pelo menos um polímero poliolefínico é uma mistura de: a1) pelo menos um primeiro polímero poliolefínico com um peso molecular mn de < 10.000 g/mol em uma quantidade de 20 a 80% em peso, com base na quantidade total, de polímero poliolefínico e a2) pelo menos um segundo polímero poliolefínico com um peso molecular mn de > 10.000 g/mol em uma quantidade de 20 a 80% em peso, com base na quantidade total de polímero poliolefínico. seu uso para colar substratos em forma de filme, particularmente filmes de poliolefina, tecidos ou não tecidos. além disso, um processo específico para a produção de embalagens usando o adesivo de fusão a quente da presente invenção e a embalagem resultante do processo.
