Abstract

um método de redução de brilho que resulta em um componente de cloreto de polivinil (pvc) que exibe um nível reduzido de brilho superficial; em que o pvc ou outro componente de resina termoplástica compreende: uma resina de pvc; um ou mais auxiliares de processo que compreendem pelo menos um polímero de base com um ou mais dos auxiliares de processo sendo funcionalizados com cerca de 0,5 % em peso a cerca de 35% em peso de um grupo funcional de epóxi reativo, hidroxila ou ácido carboxílico com base no peso total dos auxiliares de processo; e opcionalmente, pelo menos um modificador de impacto. o pvc ou outro componente de resina termoplástica apresenta uma redução de brilho de pelo menos 5 pontos medidos em um ângulo de 85 graus ou menos quando comparado a um componente de pvc similar no qual os auxiliares de processo não são funcionalizados.
