Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.官能基を含有するモノマーとポリエステル高分子との反応生成物を含み、 モノマーが付加反応または置換反応によりポリエステル高分子にグラフトしてい る、グラフトコポリマー。 2.ポリエステル高分子がポリカプロラクトン、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコールの エステル、ポリヒドロキシブチレート−コーバレレート、ポリアルクネートおよ びこれらの混合物である、請求項1のグラフトコポリマー。 3.モノマーが無水物である、請求項1のグラフトコポリマー。 4.モノマーが無水マレイン酸、無水シトラコン酸、2,3−ジメチルマレイ ン酸無水物、n−オクタデシルコハク酸無水物、マレイン酸、クロトン酸、イタ コン酸およびこれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1のグラフトコ ポリマー。 5.官能基がヒドロキシルまたはアミンと反応し得るものである、請求項1の グラフトコポリマー。 6.官能基が一級アミン、二級アミン、三級アミン、エポキシ、ヒドロキシル 、カルボキシル、アルキルハライド、オキサゾリン、無水物、イソシアネート、 ニトリル、ニトロ、アシルハライド、アルコキシ、アルデヒド、ケトン、チオー ル、エステル、アミド、エーテル、ウレタン、カルボジイミド、尿素およびこれ らの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項1のグラフトコポリマー。 7.遊離基開始剤が有機過酸化物である、請求項1のグラフトコポリマー。 8.有機過酸化物が過酸化−ジ−t−ブチル、過酸化ジクミル、過酸化ジベン ゾイルアゾ化合物、ヒドロペルオキシドおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群よ り選択される、請求項7のグラフトコポリマー。 9.連続相と分散相を含み、 うち、1相が天然ポリマー含有の生分解性物質を含み、 他相が官能基含有のモノマーとポリエステル高分子との反応生成物を含有する グラフトコポリマーを含み、 少なくとも数分子のグラフトコポリマーと少なくとも数分子の天然ポリマーが 分散相と連続相の間の相互作用で共有的に結合している、 生分解性組成物。 10.天然ポリマーのヒドロキシル基と反応し得る少なくとも1個の官能基を グラフトポリマーが有する、請求項9の組成物。 11.天然ポリマーのアミン基と反応し得る少なくとも1個の官能基をグラフ トポリマーが有する、請求項9の組成物。 12.天然ポリマーが炭水化物、タンパク質、脂質およびこれらの組み合わせ からなる群より選択される、請求項9の組成物。 13.(a)官能基含有のモノマーとポリエステル高分子との反応生成物(う ち、モノマーは付加反応または置換反応によりポリエステル高分子にグラフトし ている)を含むグラフトコポリマーを形成する、 (b)天然ポリマーとグラフトコポリマーとを溶融ブレンドすることにより生分 解性組成物(1相が天然ポリマーを含み、他相がグラフトコポリマーを含み、そ して少なくとも数分子のグラフトコポリマーと少なくとも数分子の天然ポリマー が分散相と連続相の間の相互作用で共有的に結合している)を形成する、 工程を含む、生分解性組成物をつくる方法。 14.連続相と分散相を含み、 うち、1相が天然ポリマー含有の生分解性物質を含み、 他相が官能基含有のモノマーとポリエステル高分子との反応生成物を含有する グラフトコポリマーを含み、 少なくとも数分子のグラフトコポリマーと少なくとも数分子の天然ポリマーが 分散相と連続相の間の相互作用で共有的に結合している、 生分解性組成物を射出成形、押出または圧縮成形することにより製造される物品 。
