Claims (18)

1. Modificirano punilo na bazi minerala, koje sadrži najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži karbonat zemnoalkalnog metala koji je usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat i/ili dolomit, te najmanje jednu u vodi netopljivu bakrenu sol, koja u najmanju ruku djelomično pokriva površinu najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži karbonat zemnoalkalnog metala, pri čemu najmanje jedna u vodi netopljiva bakrena sol sadrži bakreni mineral malahit u količini od najmanje 10%, težinski, na bazi ukupne težine najmanje jedne u vodi netopljive bakrene soli.
2. Modificirano punilo na bazi minerala u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, pri čemu je modificirano punilo na bazi minerala u obliku vodene suspenzije.
3. Modificirano punilo na bazi minerala u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, pri čemu je modificirano punilo na bazi minerala osušeno modificirano punilo na bazi minerala, po mogućnosti u obliku praha, a sadržaj vlage u modificiranom punilu na bazi minerala je između 0,01 i 5%, težinski, na bazi ukupne težine osušenog modificiranog punila na bazi minerala.
4. Modificirano punilo na bazi minerala u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži karbonat zemnoalkalnog metala ima specifičnu površinu (BET) od 1 do 200 m2/g, što je izmjereno uz pomoć dušika i postupkom BET prema standardu ISO 9277; i/ili ukupna težina bakra po ukupnoj površini najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži karbonat zemnoalkalnog metala se kreće od 0,001 do 500 mg/m2.
5. Modificirano punilo na bazi minerala u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu najmanje jedna u vodi netopljiva bakrena sol sadrži malahit u količini od najmanje 15%, težinski, po mogućnosti najmanje 20%, težinski, poželjnije najmanje 25%, težinski, a najpoželjnije najmanje 30%, težinski, na bazi ukupne težine najmanje jedne u vodi netopljive bakrene soli, i/ili u vodi netopljiva bakrena sol dodatno sadrži bakreni mineral kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine atakamit, devilin, posnjakit, brohantit, bakreni oksid, te njihove smjese, a ukupna količina tih bakrenih minerala, uključujući malahit, je najmanje 15%, težinski, po mogućnosti najmanje 20%, težinski, poželjnije najmanje 25%, težinski, a najpoželjnije najmanje 30%, težinski, na bazi ukupne težine najmanje jedne u vodi netopljive bakrene soli.
6. Modificirano punilo na bazi minerala u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koje dodatno sadrži najmanje jedno hidrofobizirajuće sredstvo, koje u najmanju ruku djelomično pokriva površinu modificiranog punila na bazi minerala, pri čemu je ukupna težina najmanje jednog hidrofobizirajućeg sredstva po ukupnoj površini modificiranog punila na bazi minerala od 0,001 do 10 mg/m2.
7. Postupak proizvodnje modificiranog punila na bazi minerala u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 6 koji se sastoji u sljedećim koracima: (i) osiguravanja najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži karbonat zemnoalkalnog metala koji je usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat i/ili dolomit, (ii) osiguravanja najmanje jedne u vodi topljive bakrene soli, (iii) miješanja zajedno najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži karbonat zemnoalkalnog metala iz koraka (i), najmanje jedne u vodi topljive bakrene soli iz koraka (ii), te izborno vode, u jednom ili više koraka kako bi se dobilo smjesu, i (iv) grijanja smjese dobivene u koraku (iii) na temperaturu u rasponu od 30 do 200 °C kako bi se dobilo modificirano punilo na bazi minerala, pri čemu najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži karbonat zemnoalkalnog metala dolazi u obliku krutine ili u obliku vodene suspenzije sa sadržajem čvrstih tvari od 1 do 85%, težinski, na bazi ukupne težine vodene suspenzije, a najmanje jedna u vodi topljiva bakrena sol dolazi u obliku vodene otopine ili vodene suspenzije u koncentraciji od 5 do 76%, težinski, na bazi ukupne težine vodene otopine ili vodene suspenzije.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, pri čemu je smjesa dobivena u koraku (iii) vodena suspenzija, gdje postupak dodatno uključuje korak (v) odvajanja modificiranog punila na bazi minerala od vodene suspenzije nakon koraka (iv).
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 ili 8, pri čemu postupak dodatno uključuje korak obrade modificiranog punila na bazi minerala dobiven u koraku (iv) tijekom i/ili nakon koraka (iv) u jednom ili više koraka s najmanje jednim hidrofobizirajućim sredstvom na temperaturi od 30 do 200 °C, pri čemu se najmanje jedno hidrofobizirajuće sredstvo dodaje u takvoj količini da se ukupna težina najmanje jednog hidrofobizirajućeg sredstva po ukupnoj površini modificiranog punila na bazi minerala kreće od 0,001 do 10 mg/m2.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 9, pri čemu najmanje jedna u vodi topljiva bakrena sol iz koraka (ii) dolazi u obliku vodene otopine ili vodene suspenzije, po mogućnosti vodena otopina ili vodena suspenzija sadrži karbonatne ione, pri čemu karbonatni ioni dolaze iz spoja koji sadrži karbonat, koji se otapa u vodenoj otopini ili vodenoj suspenziji najmanje jedne u vodi topljive bakrene soli, ili nastaju na licu mjesta obradom vodene otopine ili vodene suspenzije najmanje jedne u vodi topljive bakrene soli plinovitim ugljičnim dioksidom.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 10, pri čemu najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži karbonat zemnoalkalnog metala iz koraka (i) dolazi u obliku vodene suspenzije, po mogućnosti vodena suspenzija koja sadrži karbonatne ione, pri čemu karbonatni ioni u najmanju ruku djelomično dolaze iz spoja koji sadrži karbonat, koji se razlikuje od najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži karbonat zemnoalkalnog metala iz koraka (i) i otapa se u vodenoj suspenziji, ili nastaju na licu mjesta obradom vodene suspenzije najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži karbonat zemnoalkalnog metala plinovitim ugljičnim dioksidom.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 11, pri čemu je najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži karbonat zemnoalkalnog metala usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine dolomitni mramor, magnezitni mramor, vapnenac, kreda, te njihove smjese.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 12, pri čemu se najmanje jednu u vodi topljivu bakrenu sol bira iz skupine koju čine bakreni nitrat, bakreni sulfat, bakreni acetat, bakreni klorid, bakreni bromid, njihovi hidrati, te njihove smjese, koje se po mogućnosti bira iz skupine koju čine bakreni sulfat, njihovi hidrati, te njihove smjese.
14. Upotreba modificiranog punila na bazi minerala u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6 prilikom primjene u polimerima, prilikom primjene u prevlačenju papira, u proizvodnji papira, bojama, oblogama, sredstvima za brtvljenje, tiskarskim tintama, ljepilima, hrani, krmivu, farmaceutskim proizvodima, betonu, cementu, kozmetici, obradi vode, prilikom primjene kod drvnog materijala, prilikom primjene kod gipsanih ploča, u ambalažiranju i/ili prilikom primjene u poljoprivredi, pri čemu je po mogućnosti modificirano punilo na bazi minerala osušeno modificirano punilo na bazi minerala.
15. Upotreba modificiranog punila na bazi minerala u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6 kao konzervansa, pri čemu je po mogućnosti modificirano punilo na bazi minerala osušeno modificirano punilo na bazi minerala.
16. Upotreba modificiranog punila na bazi minerala u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6 u povećavanju i/ili davanju antimikrobne aktivnosti supstratu, gdje je po mogućnosti antimikrobna aktivnost usmjerena protiv najmanje jednog soja bakterija i/ili najmanje jednog soja plijesni i/ili najmanje jednog soja kvasca i/ili najmanje jedne alge, pri čemu je po mogućnosti modificirano punilo na bazi minerala osušeno modificirano punilo na bazi minerala.
17. Upotreba modificiranog punila na bazi minerala u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6 u povećavanju električne vodljivosti supstrata, pri čemu je po mogućnosti modificirano punilo na bazi minerala osušeno modificirano punilo na bazi minerala.
18. Artikl koji sadrži modificirano punilo na bazi minerala u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, pri čemu se artikl bira između papirnatih proizvoda, proizvoda od drvnog materijala, proizvoda od gipsanih ploča, polimernih proizvoda, higijenskih proizvoda, medicinskih proizvoda, zdravstvenih proizvoda, filtarskih proizvoda, tkanih materijala, netkanih materijala, geotekstilnih proizvoda, poljoprivrednih proizvoda, hortikulturnih proizvoda, odjeće, obuće, prtljažnih proizvoda, kućanskih proizvoda, industrijskih proizvoda, ambalažnih proizvoda, građevnih proizvoda, te konstrukcijskih proizvoda.
