Claims (16)

1. Postupak pripreme dječjeg mlijeka u prahu protiv refluksa i/ili regurgitacije koji obuhvaća korake: a) priprema tekuće baze za dječje mlijeko, čiji je sadržaj suhog materijala barem 20% mase, tako da se povežu, uz miješanje na temperaturi od najmanje 60°C, sastojci te tekuće baze, a koji obuhvaćaju i) barem jedan amidirani i slabo esterificirani pektin, ii) barem jedan zgušnjivač i/ili sredstvo za geliranje izabrano između ksantan gume, karboksimetilceluloze, hidroksipropilceluloze, hidroksimetilceluloze, metilceluloze, hidroksipropilmetilceluloze, i guar gume, i po izboru iii) barem jedan visoko esterificirani pektin, b) homogeniziranje tekuće baze dobivene na kraju koraka a) frakcioniranjem sastojaka tijekom prvog koraka i) provedenog pod tlakom u rasponu između 100 i 300 bara i tijekom koraka ii) provedenog pod tlakom u rasponu između 10 i 60 bara, c) sušenje atomizacijom smjese dobivene na kraju koraka b), i d) dobivanje dječjeg mlijeka protiv refluksa i/ili regurgitacije dobivenog na kraju koraka c) u obliku praha.
2. Postupak pripreme dječjeg mlijeka u prahu protiv refluksa i/ili regurgitacije prema zahtjevu 1, koji obuhvaća korake: a) priprema tekuće baze za dječje mlijeko, čiji je sadržaj suhog materijala barem 20% mase, tako da se povežu, uz miješanje na temperaturi od najmanje 60°C, sastojci tog pripravka, b) homogeniziranje tekuće baze dobivene na kraju koraka a) frakcioniranjem sastojaka tijekom prvog koraka i) provedenog pod tlakom u rasponu između 100 i 300 bara i tijekom koraka ii) provedenog pod tlakom u rasponu između 10 i 60 bara, c) primjena toplinske obrade tekuće baze dobivene na kraju koraka a) ili na kraju koraka b) na temperaturi u rasponu između 60°C i 110°C kroz vrijeme dovoljno za pasterizaciju te baze, d) sušenje atomizacijom smjese dobivene na kraju koraka c), i e) dobivanje dječjeg mlijeka protiv refluksa i/ili regurgitacije dobivenog na kraju koraka d) u obliku praha.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je sadržaj suhog materijala u tekućoj bazi najmanje 35% mase.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se korak a) za pripremu tekuće baze provodi uz miješanje na temperaturi u rasponu između oko 60°C i oko 90°C, i održava se uz miješanje do koraka homogeniziranja.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se korak homogeniziranja i) provodi pod tlakom u rasponu između oko 170 bara i oko 200 bara i korak homogeniziranja ii) provodi pod tlakom u rasponu između oko 30 bara i oko 40 bara.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što sastojci dječjeg mlijeka dalje obuhvaćaju prethodno kuhani i/ili gelirani škrob.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što dječje mlijeko sadrži proteinski dio koji sadrži većinu hidroliziranih proteina.
8. Dječje mlijeko u prahu protiv refluksa i/ili regurgitacije koje se može dobiti postupkom prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7.
9. Dječje mlijeko u prahu prema zahtjevu 8, naznačeno time što sadrži najmanje 94% suhih materijala.
10. Dječje mlijeko u prahu protiv refluksa i/ili regurgitacije koje sadrži barem jedan amidirani i slabo esterificirani pektin, i barem jedan zgušnjivač i/ili sredstvo za geliranje izabrano između ksantan gume, karboksimetilceluloze, hidroksipropilceluloze, hidroksimetilceluloze, metilceluloze, hidroksipropilmetilceluloze, i guar gume.
11. Dječje mlijeko protiv refluksa i/ili regurgitacije prema zahtjevu 10, naznačeno time što njegov proteinski dio sadrži većinu hidroliziranih proteina i/ili aminokiselina u smjesi.
12. Dječje mlijeko protiv refluksa i/ili regurgitacije prema zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačeno time što dalje sadrži barem jedan visoko esterificirani pektin.
13. Dječje mlijeko protiv refluksa i/ili regurgitacije prema jednom od zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačeno time što sadrži na 100 grama suhog materijala, 0.5 do 10 grama pektina i 0.5 do 4 grama izabranog zgušnjivača.
14. Dječje mlijeko protiv refluksa i/ili regurgitacije prema zahtjevu 13, naznačeno time što je izabrani zgušnjivač ksantan.
15. Dječje mlijeko rekonstituirano iz pripravka u obliku praha prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 do 14, naznačeno time što je tekuće na pH 7 i viskozno na pH u rasponu između 6 i 3.5, posebno na pH u rasponu između 5.8 i 5.
16. Rekonstituirano dječje mlijeko prema zahtjevu 15, naznačeno time što je viskoznost tog mlijeka, na pH u rasponu između 5.5 i 3.5, u rasponu između 200 mPa.s i 300 mPa.s.
