Claims (14)

1. Prehrambeni pripravak za novorođenče ili dijete, naznačen time što navedeni pripravak sadrži hladno topljiv rogač koji ima topljivost u vodenom mediju iznad 60% na temperaturi sadržanoj između 10°C i 45°C u koncentraciji sadržanoj između 0.2% i 0.75% težine i najmanje dva pektina različitih vrsta, uključujući 0.1% do 5% težine izrazito esterificiranih pektina i 1 do 8% težine slabo esterificiranih pektina, navedeni postoci se izražavaju u težini na temelju ukupne težine pripravka.
2. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što su pektini izrazito metilirani pektini, čiji je stupanj metilacije između 50% i 90%, slabo metilirani pektini, posebno amidirani i slabo metilirani pektini, čiji je stupanj metilacije između 20% i 50%, ili njihova mješavina.
3. Pripravak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što nadalje sadrži škrob.
4. Pripravak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što nadalje sadrži ugljikohidrate, navedeni ugljikohidrati su poželjno laktoza i/ili maltodekstrini; lipidi; bjelančevine, navedeni proteini su hidrolizirani ili nehidrolizirani; i/ili aminokiseline.
5. Pripravak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je kao prah.
6. Pripravak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je pripravak mlijeko za novorođenčad, dodatak hrani za novorođenčad, mlijeko za dojenčad, mlijeko za rast ili dijetalna hrana.
7. Postupak pripreme prehrambenog pripravka za novorođenče ili dijete kao prah, navedeni postupak sadrži korake: a) priprema tekuće baze pripravaka, za koju je sadržaj suhog materijala najmanje 20% težine na temelju ukupne težine navedenog pripravaka, miješanjem, uz pomicanje, na temperaturi od najmanje 60°C, sastavni elementi navedenog pripravka, navedeni elementi sadrže najmanje dva pektina različitih vrsta, uključujući 0.1% do 5% težine izrazito esterificiranih pektina i 1 do 8% težine slabo esterificiranih pektina i hladno topljivog rogača koji ima topljivost u vodenom mediju od preko 60% pri temperaturi sadržanoj između 10°C i 45°C, koncentracija hladno topljivog rogača između 0.2 i 0.75 težine, navedeni postoci se izražavaju na temelju ukupne težine pripravka, b) homogeniziranje tekuće baze dobivene na kraju koraka a) frakcioniranjem sastavnih elemenata tijekom prvog koraka i) izvedeno pod pritiskom između 100 i 300 bara i tijekom koraka ii) izvedeno pod pritiskom između 10 i 60 bara, c) sušenje atomiziranjem smjese dobivene na kraju koraka b), i d) obnavljanje pripravka dobivenog na kraju koraka c) kao praha.
8. Postupak pripreme prehrambenog pripravka za novorođenče ili dijete kao prah prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što najmanje dva pektina različitih vrsta odgovaraju barem jednom slabo metiliranom pektinu, posebno amidiranom i slabo metiliranom pektinu, čiji stupanj metilacije iznosi između 20% i 50%, i barem jednom visoko metiliranom pektinu, čiji je stupanj metilacije između 50% i 90%.
9. Postupak pripreme prehrambenog pripravka za novorođenče ili dijete kao brah prema zahtjevu 7 ili 8, nadalje sadrži korak nanošenja na tekuću bazu dobivenu na kraju koraka a) ili na kraju koraka b), toplinski tretman na temperaturi sadržanoj između 60°C i 110°C dovoljno dugo da se pasterizira navedena baza, i omogući obnavljanje pasteriziranog pripravaka kao praha na kraju koraka d).
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 9, naznačen time što je sadržaj suhe tvari u tekućoj bazi najmanje 35% težine u odnosu na ukupnu težinu tekuće baze.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 10, naznačen time što sastavni elementi pripravaka nadalje sadrže prethodno kuhani i / ili prethodno želatinizirani škrob.
12. Prehrambeni pripravak za novorođenče ili dijete kao prah, naznačen time što se može dobiti postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 11.
13. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 12, za uporabu u prevenciji ili liječenju regurgitacija i/ili refluksa novorođenčeta ili djeteta.
14. Pripravak za uporabu u skladu prema zahtjevu 13, dodatno u prevenciji ili liječenju crijevnih poremećaja novorođenčeta ili djeteta.
