Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к кондитерским изделиям и к способам их получения. Согласно настоящему изобретению предложена жевательная конфета, включающая желирующий агент на основе крахмала, представляющий собой сильно разветвлённый крахмал (СРК), причём указанный СРК предпочтительно имеет молекулярную степень разветвлённости по меньшей мере 6%, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 6,5%. В одном конкретном аспекте жевательные конфеты, по существу, не содержат желатина или других ингредиентов животного происхождения.
