Abstract
CONFEITOS DE GOMA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de amido que compreende amido tratado com amilomaltase e amido não-reticulado e ao uso de uma composição de amido na preparação de alimentos, de modo que a composição de amido compreenda amido tratado com amilomaltase e amido nãoreticulado. A presente invenção também se refere ao uso da composição de amido como uma substituta de gelatina na produção de confeitos de goma.
