Claims (12)
1. Postupak za povrat fosfata iz proizvoda kanalizacijskog mulja putem ekstrakcije, u kojem se stvara otopina proizvoda kanalizacijskog mulja u vodi, alkoholu, mješavini vode i alkohola ili u vodenoj otopini, u otopinu proizvoda kanalizacijskog mulja dodaje se plinoviti ugljik dioksid (CO2) kao ekstrakcijski agens, neotopljene krutine se odvajaju iz tekućeg agensa otopine, ugljik dioksid se uklanja iz agensa otopine, i fosfati otopljeni u agensu otopine se talože i uklanjaju iz agensa otopine.
2. Postupak temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što agens otopine za proizvodnju otopine proizvoda kanalizacijskog mulja sadrži jedan ili više alkohola u količini od između 0.1 i 50% težinski, poželjno između 1 i 10% težinski, naročito poželjno između 1 i 5% težinski, s obzirom na količinu tekućeg agensa otopine, pri čemu je jedan alkohol ili više alkohola je/su poželjno izabran(i) od metanola, etanola i izopropanola.
3. Postupak temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što agens otopine za proizvodnju otopine proizvoda kanalizacijskog mulja dalje sadrži jednu ili više kiselina u količini od između 0.001 i 80% težinski, poželjno između 0.01 i 30% težinski, naročito poželjno između 0.1 i 10% težinski, s obzirom na količinu tekućeg agensa otopine, pri čemu je/su kiselina ili više kiselina poželjno izabrani od organskih mono- i dikarboksilnih kiselina i mineralnih kiselina, poželjno HCl i H2SO4.
4. Postupak temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što otopina sadrži proizvod kanalizacijskog mulja u proizvodnji otopine u količini od između 01. I 60% težinski s obzirom na količinu tekućeg agensa otopine.
5. Postupak temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što je plinoviti ugljik dioksid (CO2) uveden kao ekstrakcijski agens u otopinu proizvoda kanalizacijskog mulja.
6. Postupak temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što je plinoviti ugljik dioksid uveden kao ekstrakcijski agens u vodenu otopinu proizvoda kanalizacijskog mulja pri tlaku od između 0.1 i 200 bara, poželjno između 1 i 100 bara, naročito poželjno između 5 i 10 bara.
7. Postupak temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što je otopina nakon uvođenja ugljik dioksida kao ekstrakcijskog agensa na temperaturi u rasponu od između -20 i +200°C, poželjno između 0 i +100°C, naročito poželjno između 20 i +50°C.
8. Postupak temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što se odvajanje neotopljenih krutina iz tekućeg agensa otopine vrši putem filtracije, sedimentacije ili centrifugiranja.
9. Postupak temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što se uklanjanje ugljik dioksida iz agensa otopine vrši smanjenjem tlaka i/ili povećanja temperature i/ili taloženja kao na primjer sa Ca(OH)2 i/ili ultrazvučnim tretmanom i/ili tretmanom mikrovalovima i/ili pomagalima za mehaničku ekstrakciju plinova.
10. Postupak temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što se uklanjanje ugljik dioksida iz agensa otopine i taloženje i odvajanje ponovno upotrebljivih materijala vrši postepeno u uzastopnim fazama.
11. Postupak temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što se za taloženje fosfata iz agensa otopine agensi taloženja dodatno dodaju, poželjno lužnati metalni spojevi ili lužnati spojevi iz zemlje, poželjno lužnati metalni hidroksidi ili lužnati hidroksidi iz zemlje, naročito poželjno kalcij hidroksid.
12. Postupak temeljem jednog od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačen time što je kalcij dodatno vraćen.
