Description
リン溶出に関わる鶏糞焼却灰と塩酸濃度との関係
畜産系廃棄物焼却灰として鶏糞焼却灰を試料として、50℃乾燥機で乾燥した後、分析ふるいを用いて840μm以下の粒径のものを試料として用いた。試料のL/S(鉱酸/焼却灰の重量比)は10に設定し、塩酸濃度変化がおよぼす焼却灰からのリン、重金属イオンの溶出挙動を示す。溶出後の溶液をろ過し、全リン量と重金属イオン量の定性と定量を行った。塩酸水溶液の濃度は0.5から2.0moldm−3に変化させ実験はすべてバッチ法により行った。鶏糞焼却灰1gに濃度の異なる塩酸10cm3を加えリン溶出を行った。塩酸の初濃度は0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8、0.9.1.0、2.0moldm−3の濃度範囲で行った。焼却灰と塩酸水溶液を30分混合し、その後ろ紙(ADVANTEC社製、No2)によりろ過を行いリン溶出液を得た。ろ過後のpHはそれぞれ4.7、3.6、3.1、2.4、2.1、1.9、0.1となった。これらリン溶出液に1.0moldm−3水酸化ナトリウム水溶液10cm3を加えヒドロキシアパタイトの沈殿物を得た。
2.0moldm−3の濃度の塩酸によって溶出させた溶出液から得られたヒドロキシアパタイトと試薬のヒドロキシアパタイトのX線回折装置による分析結果を図2に示す。図2に示されるように、試薬のヒドロキシアパタイトと同じ回折角に回折ピークがあることがわかった。焼却灰1gに塩酸水溶液10cm3からのヒドロキシアパタイト回収量はそれぞれ0.09、0.13、0.18、0.23、0.28、0.31、0.51gであり塩酸濃度が高くなるにつれ回収量も増大した。
鶏糞焼却灰から生成させたヒドロキシアパタイト(HAp)には鉄、銅、亜鉛が微量に不純物として含まれることから、これらの除去の検討を行った。除去方法としてリン溶出液に、前処理として炭酸カルシウムを加え、その後水酸化ナトリウムを添加してHApを生成させた。炭酸カルシウム処理後に生成させたHApから鉄をほぼ100%除去できることがわかった。他の金属においては、回収したHApの利用用途に応じて溶剤抽出により別途作業を行うことで除去が必要となるが、重金属イオンの量は他の下水汚泥焼却灰や一般焼却灰に比べ微量であり、例えば回収HApをリン肥料として利用する場合には、こうした操作は不用になることも多いと考えられる。
鶏糞焼却灰1gに濃度の1.0 mol dm−3塩酸10 cm3を加えリン溶出を行った。焼却灰と塩酸水溶液を30分混合し、その後ろ紙によりろ過を行いリン溶出液を得た。その溶出液に水酸化カルシウム飽和水溶液を滴下するように加えていくと白色の粉体を得た。その白色粉体をろ過後、乾燥したものをX線回折装置により分析したところリン酸水素カルシウムであることがわかった(図3)。
Claims (4)
- 畜糞あるいは畜糞と燃焼を容易にする助燃剤との混合物を燃焼させて得られる焼却灰に鉱酸を加えてリン含有水溶液を調製し、該リン含有水溶液に、炭酸カルシウム、アルカリ金属炭酸塩又はアルカリを加えて、水酸化鉄錯体が生成するpHに調整することにより鉄イオンを除去し、次いで水酸化カルシウム又はアルカリ金属水酸化物を加えてpH 5〜3の範囲に調整することによりリン酸水素カルシウムを得る、リン酸水素カルシウムの回収方法。
- 畜糞あるいは畜糞と燃焼を容易にする助燃剤との混合物を燃焼させて得られる焼却灰に鉱酸を加えてリン含有水溶液を調製し、該リン含有水溶液に、炭酸カルシウム、アルカリ金属炭酸塩又はアルカリを加えて、水酸化鉄錯体が生成するpHに調整することにより鉄イオンを除去し、次いで水酸化カルシウム又はアルカリ金属水酸化物を加えてpH 6.0以上の範囲に調整することによりヒドロキシアパタイトを得る、ヒドロキシアパタイトの回収方法。
- 鉄イオンを水酸化鉄の沈殿として除去する、請求項1又は2の回収方法。
- 助燃剤が木質系バイオマスであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2の回収方法。
