Description
リン鉱石およびMGAリン酸は以下を含む。
本発明によれば、リン酸水素カルシウム顆粒(Ca(H2PO4)2(MCP),CaHPO4(DCP)またはこれらの混合物)は、リン酸三カルシウム含有固形物(動物飼料等に由来する「鉱石」、灰)および/または石灰石粉末または酸化カルシウム(生石灰)を添加することによって得られ、これらは例えば肥料(重過リン酸石灰=TSP)またはリン酸飼料(MCP)として販売されている。
下記の化学反応式はこの効果を示している。
a)原料リン酸を灰、水酸化カルシウムおよび少なくとも1つの硫化物と反応させ、
b)酸不溶固形分を分離し、濾液または溶出液を得る、
ことを特徴とする。
a)原料リン酸を灰、水酸化カルシウムおよび少なくとも1つの硫化物と反応させ、
b)酸不溶固形分を分離し、
c)選択的に、濾液または溶出液に硫酸を添加することによりPH値を1未満に調節して硫酸カルシウム沈殿物を得て分離させ、
d)選択的に、ステップa)の利用のために濾液または溶出液を少なくとも部分的に再利用し、
e)リン酸三カルシウム含有固形物ならびに/または酸化カルシウムおよび/若しくは炭酸カルシウムをステップb)またはステップc)の濾液または溶出液に添加することにより、リン酸水素カルシウム沈殿物を取得して分離し、ステップa)、b)およびe)を好ましくは実行する。

e)好ましくは、Hイオン交換樹脂または拡散透析によって、ステップb)またはステップc)の濾液または溶出液に溶解している金属イオンが除去され、精製リン酸を得るため、好ましくは真空蒸発によって、溶出液を濃縮させ、
f)選択的に、ステップe)の後にイオン交換樹脂を再生して金属塩溶液を取得し、ステップa)、b)およびe)が好ましくは実行される。

開始原料を、一方で、下記の関連重金属で汚染されている北アフリカ産の約70%の原料リン酸(MGA酸)とする:
このように得られた溶出液「RePacid」は使用されたMGA酸の約半分の濃度であった。350g溶出液中、84gのH3PO4がMGA酸からなり、34gは灰からくるもので、全部で118gのH3PO4=33.7質量%となる。灰からくるリン酸塩の含有量がないと、H3PO4濃度は24質量%しか占めないことになる。以下の比較から示される通り、分析された重金属濃度は35%MGA酸に対応させて比較すると部分的に著しく小さい。

- a)原料リン酸を灰、水酸化カルシウムおよび少なくとも1つの硫化物と反応させ、
b)pH値が1.5から3.0となるまで灰・酸懸濁液に水酸化カルシウムを添加し、
c)酸不溶固形分を分離し、濾液または溶出液を得る、
ことを特徴とする原料リン酸の精製方法。 - 精製リン酸、金属塩、リン酸水素カルシウム(重過リン酸石灰等)および硫酸カルシウム(CaSO4)の取得(生成)を更に含む方法であって、前記方法は少なくともリン酸水素カルシウムの取得(生成)を含み、
a)原料リン酸を灰、水酸化カルシウムおよび少なくとも1つの硫化物と反応させ、
b)酸不溶固形分を分離し、
c)濾液または溶出液に硫酸を添加することによりpH値を1未満に調整して硫酸カルシウム沈殿物を得て分離させ、
d)ステップa)の利用に濾液/溶出液を少なくとも部分的に再利用し、
e)リン酸三カルシウム含有固形物ならびに/または酸化カルシウムおよび/若しくは炭酸カルシウムをステップb)またはステップc)の濾液/溶出液に添加することによりリン酸水素カルシウム沈殿物(重過リン酸石灰等)を取得する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 精製リン酸、金属塩溶液、重過リン酸石灰などのリン酸水素カルシウム、および硫酸カルシウム(CaSO4)の取得(生成)を更に含む方法であって、前記方法は少なくとも精製リン酸の取得(生成)を含み、
a)原料リン酸を灰、水酸化カルシウムおよび少なくとも1つの硫化物と反応させ、
b)酸不溶固形分を分離し、
c)濾液または溶出液に硫酸を添加することによりpH値を1未満に調節して硫酸カルシウム沈殿物を得て分離させ、
d)ステップa)の利用に濾液または溶出液を少なくとも部分的に再利用し、
e)Hイオン交換樹脂または拡散透析を用いて、精製リン酸の取得のために真空蒸発により溶出液が濃縮され、ステップb)またはステップc)の濾液または溶出液に溶解している金属イオンが除去され、
f)ステップe)の後にイオン交換樹脂を再生して金属塩溶液が取得される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 精製リン酸、金属塩溶液、リン酸水素カルシウム(重過リン酸石灰など)、および硫酸カルシウム(CaSO4)の取得(生成)を含む方法であって、前記方法は少なくとも、硫酸カルシウム(CaSO4)、精製リン酸、金属塩溶液および/またはリン酸水素カルシウム(重過リン酸石灰等)の取得(生成)を含み、
a)原料リン酸を灰、水酸化カルシウムおよび少なくとも1つの硫化物と反応させ、
b)機械的ろ過および/または脱水方法を用いて酸不溶固形分を分離し、
c)濾液または溶出液に硫酸を添加することによりpH値を1未満に調節し、機械的ろ過および/または脱水方法を用いて、硫酸カルシウム沈殿物を得て分離させ、
d)ステップa)の利用に濾液または溶出液を少なくとも部分的に再利用し、
e)Hイオン交換樹脂または拡散透析を用いてステップb)またはステップc)の濾液または溶出液に溶解している金属イオンが除去され、精製リン酸の取得のために蒸発によって溶出液が濃縮され、
f)ステップe)の後にイオン交換樹脂を再生して金属塩溶液が取得され、
g)リン酸三カルシウム含有固形物ならびに/または酸化カルシウムおよび/若しくは炭酸カルシウムをステップb)またはステップc)の濾液/溶出液に添加することによりリン酸水素カルシウム沈殿物(重過リン酸石灰等)を取得する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記灰はごみ焼却場でリン酸塩含有下水汚泥、生分解性廃棄物、生物廃棄物および/または動物廃棄物を焼却することにより得られることを特徴とする請求項1〜4何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記灰が反応器内にて原料リン酸に添加され、
前記原料リン酸は10質量%から50質量%のH3PO4濃度を有し、
灰の割合は原料リン酸に対して5質量%から50質量%であることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜5何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記原料リン酸がMGA(商用グレード酸)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 水酸化カルシウムおよび少なくとも1つの硫化物が灰・原料リン酸懸濁液へと1分から300分後、に添加され
前記少なくとも1つの硫化物はアルカリもしくはアルカリ土類の硫化物または多硫化物、またはこれらの混合物であって、
少なくとも1つの硫化物は100gの灰に対して0.1gから10gの硫化物硫黄の濃度で添加される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記リン酸三カルシウム含有固形物は、ごみ焼却場で生分解性廃棄物、下水汚泥、生物廃棄物および/または動物廃棄物を焼却することにより得られる灰であることを特徴とする請求項2または4に記載の方法。
