Claims (10)
1. Grijaći modul za grijanje čvrste tvari, poput kugala (B), do određene temperature, naznačen time što navedeni modul sadrži:
– posudu za grijanje (M1), u kojoj se nalazi topionički lonac (M11) za prihvat tvari koju treba zagrijati, i plamenik (M13) za grijanje topioničkog lonca (M11) i tvari koju treba zagrijati; i
– poklopac (M2) koji se na uklonjiv način postavlja na posudu za grijanje (M1), kako bi zatvorio topionički lonac (M11).
2. Modul u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što topionički lonac (M11) ima rupe (M12) za prijenos topline od plamenika (M13) do topioničkog lonca (M11) i kroz tvar koju treba zagrijati.
3. Modul u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što je topionički lonac (M11) u obliku krnjeg stošca i sadrži mnoštvo rupa (M12).
4. Modul u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2 ili patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što posuda za grijanje (M1) dodatno sadrži puhalo (M15) za postizanje protoka zraka kojeg zagrijava plamenik (M13) i koji prolazi kroz rupe (M12) topioničkog lonca (M11) i kroz tvar koju treba zagrijati.
5. Modul u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što poklopac (M2) sadrži ispušnu cijev (M24) za izlaz vrućeg plina iz topioničkog lonca.
6. Modul u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je posuda za grijanje (M1) tako postavljena da se zakreće oko vodoravne osi (V), a poklopac (M2) se može gibati uzdužno po okomitoj osi (Z).
7. Sustav za grijanje (M) za grijanje tvar, naznačen time što navedeni sustav za grijanje sadrži više grijaćih modula u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje su moduli postavljeni jedan uz drugog, gdje su posude za grijanje (M1) tako postavljene da se zakreću oko zajedničke vodoravne osi (V), gdje se svaka posuda zakreće neovisno, gdje sustav za grijanje (M) dodatno sadrži tračnicu za punjenje (M3), za punjenje tvari, gdje se navedena tračnica za punjenje nalazi iznad posuda (M1) i ima kolica za punjenje (M31), za punjenje topioničkih lonaca, i tračnicu za pražnjenje (M4), za pražnjenje zagrijane tvari, gdje se navedena tračnica za pražnjenje nalazi ispod posuda (M1) i ima kolica za pražnjenje (M41), za pražnjenje topioničkih lonaca, gdje se module i kolica pogoni uzastopce kako bi se dopremilo zagrijanu tvar na pravilan uzastopan način.
8. Instalacija za proizvodnja pirolitičkog plina od organske tvari, naznačena time što navedena instalacija sadrži:
– pirolitičku peć (F), koja radi bez kisika i s predgrijanim kuglama (B);
– sustav za grijanje (M) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, za grijanje kugala (B); i
– sustave za prijenos kugala (A1, A2, Q), za prenošenje zagrijanih kugala iz sustava za grijanje (M) u pirolitičku peć (F), te ohlađenih kugala iz peći u sustav za grijanje.
9. Instalacija u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačena time što se sustav za grijanje (M) nalazi iznad pirolitičke peći (F), gdje sustav za prijenos sadrži dizala (A1, A2) koja imaju korita (G1, G2) koja se mogu okomito gibati gore i dolje.
10. Instalacija u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8 ili patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačena time što se pirolitička peć (F) nalazi u hermetički zatvorenoj komora (E) koja ima ulaz za organsku tvar (D1) i izlaz za pirolitički plin (I), te ulaz za predgrijane kugle i izlaz za ohlađene kugle, gdje ulaz i/ili izlaz za kugle ima zračnu komoru (Si, So) koja sadrži:
– stacionarni kavez (S1) koji ima dva otvora postavljena međusobno nasuprotno, i to gornji otvor za punjenje (S13) i donji otvor za pražnjenje (S19); i
– rotirajući bubanj (S2) postavljen da se vrti oko svoje osi (Y) u kavezu (S1), gdje bubanj ima okno (S22) koje se može selektivno postaviti da bude okrenuto prema jednom od otvora (S13, S19) stacionarnog kaveza (S1) radi punjenja i pražnjenja tvari iz odnosno u zračnu komoru (Si, So).
