Description
KONTROLNI UREĐAJ ZA NADGLEDANJE KLIZNOG MEHANIZMA ZA ZATVARANJE, IZMJENJIVAČA CIJEVI ZA LIJEVANJE ILI DRUGOG UREĐAJA ZA ZATVARANJE NA METALURŠKIM POSUDAMA
Claims (9)
1. Kontrolni uređaj za nadgledanje kliznog mehanizma za zatvaranje, izmjenjivača cijevi za lijevanje ili nekog drugog uređaja za zatvaranje na metalurškim posudama, pri čemu je uređaj snabdjeven sustavom elektronike (4) za otkrivanje parametara nadledanog uređaja, odnosno promatrane posude koji su funkcionalno važni prilikom lijevanja, naznačen time da je sustav elektronike (4) smješten u barem jednu odvojenu jedinicu (3) koja se može pričvrstiti na posudu (1), na klizni mehanizam za zatvaranje, na izmjenjivač cijevi za lijevanje ili uređaj za zatvaranje, te koja služi u svrhu zaštite sustava elektronike (4), te je opremljena toplinskom izolacijom (8).
2. Kontrolni uređaj za nadgledanje u skladu sa zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da je jedinica (3) snabdjevena sustavom za aktivno hlađenje (10), koji ima zaštitnu funkciju.
3. Kontrolni uređaj za nadgledanje u skladu sa zahtjevom 2, naznačen time da je sustav za hlađenje (10) formiran kao zračni ili plinski sustav hlađenja te ima barem jedan ventilator (14).
4. Kontrolni uređaj za nadgledanje u skladu sa zahtjevom 3, naznačen time da ventilator (14) može biti pokretan izvorom energije (15) dobivene otpadnom toplinom iz posude (1) i vanjskim izvorom energije (16).
5. Kontrolni uređaj za nadgledanje u skladu s bilo kojim zahtjevom 1 do 4, naznačen time da je uređaj predviđen za regulaciju temperature unutrašnjosti (11) jedinice (3), pri čemu se temperatura u jedinici mjeri i uspoređuje sa željenom vrijednosti, te ukoliko postoji odstupanje, sustavom hlađenja (10) može se kontrolirati na odgovarajući način.
6. Kontrolni uređaj za nadgledanje u skladu s zahtjevom 4 ili 5, naznačen time da ventilator (14) može biti pokretan električnom strujom dobivenom iz izvora energije (15, 16).
7. Kontrolni uređaj za nadgledanje u skladu sa zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da jedinica (3) formira barem dvije izolacijske komore (7, 11), koje leže jedna u drugoj, pri čemu se toplinska izolacija (8) nalazi u vanjskoj komori (7) a sustav elektronike (4) smješten je u unutarnju komoru (11), i pri čemu je zaštićen izolacijskim zidom (9) u odnosu na posudu (1).
8. Kontrolni uređaj za nadgledanje u skladu s bilo kojim zahtjevom 1 do 7, naznačen time da je jedinica (3) snabdjevena uređajem za filtriranje zraka (8, 19).
9. Kontrolni uređaj za nadgledanje u skladu s bilo kojim zahtjevom 1 do 8, naznačen time da sustav elektronike (4) uključuje procesor/procesore, memoriju, radio uređaj i/ili sučelje, po mogućnosti za razmjenu podataka s barem jednim vanjskim uređajem (računalom).
