Abstract
dispositivo para monitoramento de um fecho deslizante trocador de tubo de moldagem, ou similar em um vaso metalúrgico. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de monitoramento para fechos deslizantes, torcadores de tubos de moldagem ou similares em uma concha de fundição ou vaso metalúrgico similar, em que o dispositivo possui um sistema eletrônico (4) para detectar os parâmetros do dispositivo monitorado que são funcionalmente importantes durante a moldagem. para garantir o funcionamento do sistema eletrônico (4) livre de problemas, de acordo com a invenção o sistema é alojado em uma unidade (3) mantida na concha de fundição. a unidade possui isolamento térmico (8) e é proporcionado com um sistema de resfriamento de ar (10) que é operado com um sistema de resfriamento de ar e pode ser eletricamente acionado tanto por uma fonte de energia (15) alimentado pelo calor perdido da concha de fundição e por uma fonte de energia externa (16).
