Claims (16)
1. Jogurt za piće koji sadrži kazein i protein sirutke u omjeru kazein:protein sirutke od 4:96 do 12:88 (w/w).
2. Jogurt za piće prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je koncentracija kazeina u rasponu od oko 0.1 % (w/w) do oko 1% (w/w).
3. Jogurt za piće prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, gdje je koncentracija ukupnih proteina u rasponu od oko 0.9% (w/w) do oko 2.7% (w/w).
4. Jogurt za piće prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, gdje je koncentracija ukupnih proteina u rasponu od oko 1.8% (w/w) do oko 2.3% (w/w).
5. Jogurt za piće prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, taj jogurt za piće sadrži kiselu sirutku ili slatku sirutku.
6. Postupak izrade jogurta za piće bez stvaranja ugruška nakon fermentacije, obuhvaća združivanje kazeina i proteina sirutke radi dobivanja jogurta za piće u kojem je omjer kazein:protein sirutke od 4:96 do 12:88 (w/w).
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6 gdje se količina proizvoda na bazi sirutke dodaje količini proizvoda na mliječnoj bazi radi pripreme jogurta za piće koji sadrži kazein i protein sirutke u omjeru kazein:protein sirutke od 4:96 do 12:88 (w/w).
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, gdje se proizvod na bazi sirutke temelji na smjesi sirutke koja sadrži kiselu sirutku ili slatku sirutku.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, gdje smjesa sirutke dalje sadrži koncentrat proteina sirutke.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 9, gdje je sadržaj koncentrata proteina sirutke u proizvodu na bazi sirutke između 6.0 i 7.2% (w/w).
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, gdje se proizvod na mliječnoj bazi temelji na mliječnoj smjesi koja se dobiva miješanjem vode i kazeinata i/ili koncentrata proteina sirutke i komponente koja sadrži mast, a izabire se iz grupe koja obuhvaća vrhnje, obrano mlijeko, punomasno mlijeko.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 11, gdje je sadržaj koncentrata proteina sirutke u proizvodu na mliječnoj bazi između 6.0 i 7.2% (w/w).
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 do 12, gdje se jogurtu za piće dodaju arome i/ili aromatična sredstva radi dobivanja jogurta za piće s okusom.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 do 13, gdje se jogurt za piće puni u odgovarajuće spremnike, i gdje se pH jogurta za piće u spremnicima nadzire, i kada se postigne željeni pH, temperatura se smanjuje radi zaustavljanja fermentacije.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 do 14, gdje je sadržaj kazeina u jogurtu za piće u rasponu od oko 0.1% (w/w) do oko 1 % (w/w).
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 to 15, gdje je sadržaj ukupnih proteina u jogurtu za piće u rasponu od oko 0.9% (w/w) do oko 2.7 % (w/w).
