Abstract
Spoj, naznacen time sto je 3-butil-8-klor-1-(3-{5-[(4-fluorfenil)metil]-2H-tetrazol-2-il}propil)-3,7-dihidro-1H-purin-2,6-dionili njegova farmaceutski prihvatljiva sol. Patent sadrzi jos 13 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (14)
1. Spoj, naznačen time što je 3-butil-8-klor-1-(3-{5-[(4-fluorfenil)metil]-2H-tetrazol-2-il}propil)-3,7-dihidro-1H-purin-2,6-dion

ili njegova farmaceutski prihvatljiva sol.
2. Spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je 3-butil-8-klor-1-(3-{5-[(4-fluorfenil)metil]-2H-tetrazol-2-il}propil)-3,7-dihidro-1H-purin-2,6-dion

3. Spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je namijenjen upotrebi u medicini ili veterini.
4. Spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je namijenjen upotrebi u liječenju stanja gdje nedovoljna aktivacija receptora HM74A ima udjela kod navedenog stanja ili gdje aktivacija navedenog receptora djeluje povoljno.
5. Spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je namijenjen upotrebi u liječenju dijabetične dislipidemije, miješane dislipidemije ili hiperlipoproteinemije.
6. Spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je namijenjen upotrebi u liječenju dijabetes melitusa tip II.
7. Spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je namijenjen upotrebi u liječenju dijabetične dislipidemije, miješane dislipidemije, insuficijencije srca, hiperkolesteremije, kardiovaskularne bolesti, ateroskleroze, arterioskleroze, hipertrigliceridemije, dijabetes melitusa tip II, dijabetesa tip I, otpornosti na inzulin, hiperlipidemije, anoreksije nervoze, pretilosti, bolesti koronarnih arterija, tromboze, angine, kronične insuficijencije bubrega, bolesti perifernih krvnih žila ili inzulta.
8. Upotreba spoja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačena time što je navedeni spoj namijenjen proizvodnji medikamenta za liječenje stanja gdje nedovoljna aktivacija receptora HM74A ima udjela kod navedenog stanja ili gdje aktivacija navedenog receptora djeluje povoljno.
9. Upotreba spoja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačena time što je navedeni spoj namijenjen proizvodnji medikamenta za liječenje dijabetične dislipidemije, miješane dislipidemije ili hiperlipoproteinemije.
10. Upotreba spoja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačena time što je navedeni spoj namijenjen proizvodnji medikamenta za liječenje dijabetes melitusa tip II.
11. Upotreba spoja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačena time što je navedeni spoj namijenjen proizvodnji medikamenta za liječenje dijabetične dislipidemije, miješane dislipidemije, insuficijencije srca, hiperkolesteremije, kardiovaskularne bolesti, ateroskleroze, arterioskleroze, hipertrigliceridemije, dijabetes melitusa tip II, dijabetesa tip I, otpornosti na inzulin, hiperlipidemije, anoreksije nervoze, pretilosti, bolesti koronarnih arterija, tromboze, angine, kronične insuficijencije bubrega ili inzulta.
12. Farmaceutska formulacija, naznačena time što sadrži spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2 i najmanje jedan farmaceutski prihvatljiv razrjeđivač, pomoćnu tvar ili podlogu.
13. Kombinacija namijenjena primjeni zajedno ili odvojeno, uzastopno ili istodobno, u odvojenim ili kombiniranim farmaceutskim formulacijama, naznačena time što navedena kombinacija sadrži spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, zajedno s najmanje jednim terapijski aktivnim sredstvom.
14. Farmaceutska formulacija, naznačena time što sadrži:
(i) spoj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2;
(ii) jedno ili više terapijski aktivnih sredstava, koja se bira između statina, fibrata, smola koje vežu žučne kiseline i nikotinsku kiselinu; i
(iii) jedan ili više farmaceutski prihvatljivih razrjeđivača, pomoćnih tvari ili podloga.
