Abstract

Postupak za proizvodnju metalnih traka debljine urasponu između 0.14 i 20 mm iz slabova debljine između 30 i 300 mm te širine između 600 i 4000 mm koji se dobivaju kontinuiranim lijevanjem, uz veliku količinu materijala ili mase koja prolazi u jedinici vremena na izlazu lijevanja, pri čemu kontinuirano lijevanje (10) ide u obliku luka iz kalupa iizravno je povezano s postupkom valjanja (11) u jedan proizvodni korak bez prekida kontinuiranosti,naznačen time što omogućuje smanjenje debljine koje raste korak po korak od samog početka u kalupu i nastavlja se u samo jednom koraku lijevanja i valjanja, kao i sekundarno hlađenje radi dobivanja slaba, na izlazu iz kontinuiranog lijevanja, s invertnim temperaturnim gradijentom u svom poprečnom presjeku, s prosječnom površinskom temperaturom slaba 1350°C, indukcijsko zagrijavanje (12) između lijevanja i valjanja, rezanje i povlačenje (14') limova (20), nakon kontroliranog hlađenja što je alternativa namatanju (15) valjane trake, kao i što omogućuje kaskadni nizvodni sustav regulacije brzine počevši od kontinuiranog lijevanja, gdje se spomenuta brzina punjenja ljevaonice na kraju valjanjakorak po korak ubrzava u odnosu na smanjenje debljine željenog završnog proizvoda, uz to što je udaljenost između lijevanja i valjanja ona najmanja koju dopušta sam postupak. Patent sadrži još 8 patentnih zahtjeva.
