Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE SISTEMAS DE TUBOS DE AçO SEM COSTURA COM ALTO TEOR DE CROMO". A presente invenção refere-se ao fornecimento de um método para produção de um sistema de tubos de aço com alto teor de Cr, tendo uma alta qualidade de superfície interna, com uma alta eficiência e a um reduzido custo de produção. Um material inicial, incluindo Cr a um teor de 10 a 20%, e as impurezas de S e P nos respectivos teores de não mais que 0,050%, é usado para formar um tubo acabado, e quando se usam parâmetros, o período total de uniformização de temperatura <sym>t1 (horas) para uniformização de temperatura do material inicial para formar um material primário de tubos, como um tarugo ou um bloco, e o período total de uniformização de temperatura <sym>t2 (horas) para uniformização de temperatura do material primário de tubos, um tubo acabado é formado a uma temperatura de aquecimento de 1.200<198>C, sob a condição de que a equação (b), a seguir, seja satisfeita: onde f é um fator indicando o grau de geração de ferritas <sym>, de acordo com os teores dos elementos ali incluídos.
