Abstract

MÉTODO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA FITA DE AÇO LAMINADA A QUENTE E INSTALAÇÕES COMBINADAS DE FUNDIÇÃO E LAMINAÇÃO PARA A REALIZAÇÃO DO PROCEDIMENTO. A seguir descreve-se sucintamente um método de produção contínua de fita de aço laminada a quente: em uma instalação de fundição contínua (1), um fio de aço é fundido continuamente num molde (2), sendo laminado a seguir este fio (5) em um primeiro grupo de roletes (6), visando num primeiro passo a pré-formação da fita (7), que então segue para um segundo grupo de roletes (19) onde a fita de aço laminada a quente adquire o seu formato final (21). A temperatura de trabalho é mantida ao passar a fita por um ambiente controlado com proteção gasosa (14) em um último passo, a fita laminada a quente é enrolada continuamente em uma bobina ou cortada em placas. Para aumentar a flexibilidade de produção, permitindo a fabricação de diferentes tipos de aço e manter baixos os custos de investimento e operação, propõe-se que a fita pré-formada passe por um processo de decapagem antes de entrar na aparelhagem com ambiente de temperatura controlada onde passa sob atmosfera de gás de proteção e segue imediatamente para o segundo grupo de roletes. Além deste, outro método combinado de fundição e laminação é proposto posteriormente.
