Abstract

Postupak smanjenja tlaka pare u smjesi motornog goriva na bazi C3-C12 ugljikovodika za konvencionalne motore s unutarnjim izgaranjem i s paljenjem pomoću iskre, koja sadrži 0,1 do 20 volumenskih % etanola, ne više od 0,25 masenih % vode u skladu s ASTM D 6304, i ne više od 7 masenih % kisika u skladu s ASTM D 4815, naznačen time, da je osim C3-C12 ugljikovodične komponente (a) i komponente etanola (b), u smjesi goriva prisutna komponenta koja sadrži kisik (c) u količini od 0,05 do 15 volumenskih % od ukupnog volumena smjese goriva, pri čemu je komponenta (c) odabrana tako da bude barem jedna od sljedećih vrsta spojeva: - alkanol, koji ima 3 do 10 atoma ugljika; - dialkil eter, koji ima 6 do 10 atoma ugljika; - keton, koji ima 4 do 9 atoma ugljika; - alkil ester alkanoične kiseline, koji ima 5 do 8 atoma ugljika; - hidroksiketon, koji ima 4 do 6 atoma ugljika; - keton ester alkanoične kiseline, koji ima 5 do 8 atoma ugljika; - heterociklički spoj koji sadrži kisik odabran između sljedećih: tetrahidrofurfuril alkohol, tetrahidrofurfuril acetat, dimetiltetrahidrofuran, tetrametiltetrahidrofuran, metil tetrahidropiran, 4-metil-4-oksitetrahidropiran, i njihove mješavine, te da jekomponenta (d), odabrana od najmanje jednog C6-C12 ugljikovodika, prisutna u smjesi goriva u količini takvoj da je omjer (b) : ((c)+(d)) od 1:200 do 200:1 volumena. Patent sadrži još 28 patentnih zahtjeva.Process for reducing the vapor pressure in a C3-C12 hydrocarbon-based motor fuel mixture for conventional internal combustion and spark ignition engines containing 0.1 to 20% by volume of ethanol, not more than 0.25% by weight of water according to ASTM D 6304, and not more than 7% by weight of oxygen according to ASTM D 4815, characterized in that in addition to C3-C12 hydrocarbon component (a) and ethanol component (b), an oxygen-containing component (c) in an amount of 0.05 to 15% by volume of the total volume of the fuel mixture, wherein component (c) is selected to be at least one of the following types of compounds: - alkanol, having 3 to 10 carbon atoms; - dialkyl ether, having 6 to 10 carbon atoms; - a ketone having 4 to 9 carbon atoms; - an alkanoic ester of an alkanoic acid having 5 to 8 carbon atoms; - hydroxyketone, which has 4 to 6 carbon atoms; - an alkanoic acid ketone ester having 5 to 8 carbon atoms; - an oxygen-containing heterocyclic compound selected from the following: tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, tetrahydrofurfuryl acetate, dimethyltetrahydrofuran, tetramethyltetrahydrofuran, methyl tetrahydropyran, 4-methyl-4-oxytetrahydropyran, and mixtures thereof with at least one of C , present in the fuel mixture in an amount such that the ratio (b): (c) + (d)) is from 1: 200 to 200: 1 by volume.
