Abstract

Περιγράφεται μια πλεονεκτική μέθοδος που βασίζεται ουσιαστικά στη χρήση της μοριακής απόσταξης για την παρασκευή πολυακόρεστων λιπαρών οξέων και συγκεκριμένα του εικοσιπεντενοϊκού οξέος (ΕΡΑ) και του δεκαεξανοϊκού οξέος (DHA) και των αιθυλεστέρων τους από έλαια ζωικής και φυτικής προέλευσης που είναι ιδιαίτερα κατάλληλη για βιομηχανικές παραγωγές μεγάλης κλίμακας. Με τον τρόπο αυτό μπορούν να ληφθούν σύμπλοκα αποτελούμενα από ΕΡΑ και DHA, ή από τους αιθυλεστέρες τους, με συνολική συγκέντρωση από 35 ώς 90% και προϊόντα αποτελούμενα από DHA και μόνον ή από τον αιθυλεστέρα του με συνολική συγκέντρωση όχι χαμηλότερη από 90%. Και τα μείγματα αυτά χρησιμοποιούνται γιά διάφορους σκοπούς, από χρήσεις διαιτητικής-διατροφής μέχρι τυπικά φαρμακευτικές χρήσεις για την αγωγή πολύ μεγάλου αριθμού αλλοιώσεων, δυσλειτουργιών, ασθενειών και παθήσεων. ω
