The air-heating stove of the parent invention is modified to heat water also by the provision of a gas-fired water heater 1, the combustion products from which discharge through a tube 6 extending through the upper header A of the air heater. The combustion products from the header A and tube 6 are discharged through concentric orifices 7, 8 to a common flue.
