574,735. Heating water. ROWLANDSON, E. S. Feb. 15, 1944, No. 2807. [Class 64 (i)] In a water heater comprising a vertical cylindrical chamber 1 having an expansion pipe 3 extending above the head of water in. the system to which the water heater is connected and having a central vertical flue 4 in which are disposed water tubes 8 connected at the top and bottom to the annular water space between the flue 4 and the chamber 1, a baffle 12 is provided below both the upper ends of the tubes 8 and the outlet from the water space to the external water system.
