Abstract

852,814. Windscreen cleaners. TRICO PRODUCTS CORPORATION. Jan. 16, 1957 [Jan. 16, 1956], No. 1666/57. Class 138(1). A wiper arm 7 for panoramic windscreens comprises an inner section 81 for mounting on an operating shaft, and a wiper-carrying section 9<SP>1</SP> obliquely hinged to section 81 by pin 10 and urged toward the windscreen by spring 11. The hinge pin may lie in a plane at right angles to the operating shaft or may be tilted out of this plane. The side walls of section 9<SP>1</SP> may be extended to form a weather protective skirt about section 8<SP>1</SP> and the end of the operating shaft.
