761,148. Folding chairs and tables. WATNEY, P. L. Nov. 1, 1954 [Dec. 14, 1953], No. 34807/53. Classes 52 (2) and 52 (3). A pair of front legs 9 and pair of rear legs 2 are pivotally connected by side members 5 and a seat frame 11 is pivoted between the front legs and can swing upwards to permit the leg structure to be folded as a collapsible parallelogram. The back may be omitted, to form a stool, or a rigid top may replace the canvas seat to form a table. One or both side members may be disconnectable from the front legs and be folded rearwardly against the chair back.
