759,796. Liquid blast switches. ALLISCHALMERS MANUFACTURING CO. April 21, 1954 [April 27, 1953], No. 11560/54. Class 38(5) In a circuit-breaker as' described in Specification 759,794, the arc-quenching structure 35 is made up of superposed insulating discs 65-72 which define an inlet passage 61 for arc-extinguishing liquid, nozzles 62 to direct the liquid across the arc passage 59, and a venting passage 63. Discs 83 may be substituted for the discs 71 used in the structure 35. Specifications 759,797 and 759,798 also are referred to.
