Abstract

752,840. Pipe-line adaptors. KROMSCHRODER AKT.-GES. G. May 7, 1954 [May 7, 1953], No. 13390/54. Addition to 716,771. Class 99(1). In the adaptor described in the parent Specification wherein two coaxial conduits 8, 11 are arranged for connection to a fluid measuring, regulating or control device by a common fluidtight coupling 9 and each conduit issues into separate conduits adapted to be connected with different parts of a pipe-line, the pipe-line connections 7, 10 are disposed at an angle of less than 180 degrees to one another, and preferably at 90 degrees. As shown in Fig. 3, the conduit 8 and the connection 7 have a common axis, and as shown in Fig. 4 the inner conduit 15 is curved. In a modification, the pipe-line connections 7, 10 are at right angles to one another and to the coaxially arranged conduits 8, 11.
