735,381. Wrapping-machines. FORSTERS MACHINE CO., Ltd. April 9, 1954 [April 14, 1953], No. 10199/53. Drawings to Specification. Class 94 (1). [Also in Group VIII] A narrow length of ribbon disposed centrally of a length of wrapping material is fed towards the cutters of a cutting machine (see Group VIII) and a length cut off at the same time that the wrapping material is severed, the lengths of ribbon and wrapping material severed each having a convex tearing tab. A packet is wrapped so that the ribbon encircles the packet inside the wrapping material with one or both ends exposed or readily accessible. When the ribbon is pulled it tears the wrapping material round the packet.
