Abstract

469,574. Mixing charge. COOKSON, T. E. Sept. 23, 1936, No. 25784. [Class 7 (ii)] A Venturi tube 11 having perforations 9 is supported axially in an induction pipe by radial ribs 10, or by springs, flanges 12 being clamped between the pipe and the carburetter. The tube may end just past the perforations 9, the wide mouth facing the direction of flow of the charge. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 138,100, 167,807, 214,462, 250,788, 269,939, and 273,694, [all in Class 7 (ii)].
