390,576. Firebars and grates. EGUI, M., 161, Rue Paris, Barcelona, Spain. Dec. - 23, 1931, No. 35598. [Class 51 (i).] In a furnace grate of the kind comprising rocking bars or fixed and rocking bars 2, Figs. 2 and 3, arranged alternately and transversely in a frame 1 and carrying removable fire bars 3 with pointed extremities and spaced apart to provide air passages 10 into which extend the firebars of adjacent fixed or rocking bars, the sides of the fire bars are provided with lugs 8 which abut against corresponding lugs of two firebars of an adjacent fixed or rocking bar. The firebars are also provided with interlocking projections and recesses 5, 6.
