Abstract
350,012. Spray carburetters. MONNIER, J. and WIEDERSPACH, A., 20, Rue de Lyon, Algiers, Africa. March 6, 1930, No. 7362. Convention date, March 9, 1929. [Class 7 (iii).] Mixture formed in a choke tube b is diluted with extra air admitted from a chamber m by way of perforations in the lower part l of the induction pipe c, and perforations in a part a forming an extension of the choke tube. The extra air is admitted to chamber m from a chamber o provided with inlet orifices e<1>, the communication between chambers o, m being controlled by a hit-and-miss ring valve h coupled to the throttle valve. The casing parts g, e are held against the part c by a nut f screwed on the choke tube. A byepass k comprises a nozzle with submerged orifice and surrounded by an annular passage through which air is drawn.
