Seed drills.-A rotary feeder or distributer for a seed sower comprises a number of bell-crank, T- or L-shaped pallets pivoted at or near the junction of their arms between two side plates or discs in a casing, so as to form adjustable pockets for the reception of the seeds. The flat circular casing 1 is provided with an upwardly projecting hopper 2 and a downwardly projecting delivery mouth 3. The side pla,tes 4, 5 are connected by bolts and are angularly adjustable with regard to a disc or the like 6 fixed on a driven shaft 7. They are secured by a bolt passing through a plate 10 clamped on the shaft 7 and a slotted plate 8 on a sleeve projecting from the plate 4. The pallets 12 have curved outer arms provided with recesses 13. Their inwardly projecting arms are slotted to engage projections 16 on the disc 6 so that relative movement of the disc 6 and side plates 4, 5 adjusts the size of the pockets of which the recessed arms! form the bottoms. A number of sowers on a shaft may be adjusted simultaneously by a partial rotation of the shaft.
