Abstract

582,273. Potato planters. BAMFORD, C. J., and BAMFORD, H. V. Aug. 29, 1944, No. 16359. [Class 6 (i)] In potato-planting machines in which potatoes are placed in openings in horizontal rotary discs and delivered therefrom at a desired position, such delivery point is determined by an arcuate plate 12 placed beneath the rotary disc and being angularly adjustable by loosening bolts and nuts engaged in slots 17 in flanges on the plate.
