Rotors.-In radial-flow turbines of the type in which each rotor is formed in two or more annular parts, the parts 1, 2, 3 are connected together by radial bolts 6, 9 tapered inwardly. The bolt holes are formed in flanges 4, 5, 10, 11, and the edge of the outermost of each pair of adjacent flanges is slit as shown at 8, 13.
