Abstract

1,243,149. Spray burners. HEURTEY SOC. ANON. 23 April, 1969 [25 April, 1968], No. 20755/69. Heading F4T. Several burners 2 of a furnace 1 are supplied with fuel from a single atomizer 5, a thermostat 9 controlling the atomizer output by control means 8. Liquid fuel is atomized by air or other fluid and enters pipe 4 from which the mixture flows to injector tubes 3 having adjustment cocks 10. Primary or secondary air is drawn in through nozzles surrounding the injector outlets, the nozzles being chargeable to enable the burners to use gaseous fuel.
