A carton folded from a blank to form a tube has two opposite side walls 2, two parallel walls 3 with apertures for supporting an Easter egg, for example, the walls 3 extending inwards, Fig. 2 (not shown), from diagonally opposed edges of the side walls and end walls 5. Flaps 7 are folded outwardly to lie flat against the end walls 5 and flaps 8 having tongues 9 are folded over the flaps 7 so that the tongues enter slots 10 to hold the carton erect.
