Abstract

Procédé de préparation de 8-[4-[4-(pyrimidine-2-yl)-pipérazine-1-yl]-butyl]-8-aza-spiro[4,5]-décane-7,9-dione (Buspiron) représentée par la formule I: (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI) et des chlorhydrates en dérivant par hydrogénation catalytique de 8-[4-[4-(pyrimidine-2-yl)-pipérazine-1-yl]-but-2-inyl]-8-aza-spiro[4,5]-décane-7,9-dione représentée par la formule II: (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI) en présence d'un catalyseur à base de palladium ou de nickel de Raney dans un solvant organique inerte et éventuellement par conversion de la 8-[4-[4-(pyrimidine-2-yl)-pipérazine-1-yl]-butyl]-8-aza-spiro[4,5]-décane-7,9-dione ainsi obtenue en son chlorhydrate.
