Abstract

Appareil automatique de détection de défauts de surface d'une matière mobile, difficiles à discerner visuellement par un observateur humain. L'appareil comprend une source lumineuse L pour éclairer une partie sélectionnée de la surface de la matière, un moyen d'analyse V pour analyser la partie sélectionnée dans une direction transversale à la direction de déplacement de la matière pour produire un signal vidéo, un moyen P de traitement du signal vidéo, des moyens optiques 3, placés entre la matière mobile et le moyen d'analyse V pour augmenter la sensibilité du moyen d'analyse V dans la direction de déplacement de la matière et pour la maintenir inchangée dans la direction transversale à la direction de déplacement de la matière. Application au contrôle de brames ou tôles métalliques.
