Abstract
Pour produire de la L-thréonine par fermentation on cultive dans un milieu de culture un micro-organisme producteur de L-thréonine obtenu par incorporation à un micro-organisme hôte du genre Escherichia d'un plasmide dans lequel on inséré un fragment d'acide désoxyribonucléique provenant d'un mutant résistant à l'acide alpha -amino beta -hydroxy valérique du genre Escherichia et qui possède une information génétique relative à la synthèse de la L-thréonine et on recueille la L-thréonine accumulée dans le milieu de culture.
