Abstract

Un procédé de production de L-lysine par fermentation, qui implique de mettre en culture une souche appartenant au genre Corynebacterium et ayant d'une part la capacité de produire de la L-lysine et d'autre part une résistance à au moins un élément du groupe constitué par les analogues de l'acide aspartique et les sulfamides dans un milieu nitritif, de former et d'accumuler la L-lysine dans le bouillon de culture obtenu, et d'en recueillir la L-lysine.
