Abstract

Procédé de préparation de la L-lysine par fermentation. On cultive dans un milieu de culture un mutant du genre Brevibacterium ou Corynebacterium sensible à l'acide fluoropyruvique et capable de produire la L-lysine et on recueille la L-lysine qui s'est accumulée dans le milieu de culture. La L-lysine est utilisée en alimentation.
