Abstract

Procédé de préparation du Monorden ( mu -lactone de l'acide 5-chloro-6- (7,8-époxy-10-hydroxy-2-oxo-3,5-undécyldiényl)- beta -résorcylique). On cultive Diheterospora chlamydosporia ou un mutant de ce micro-organisme dans une solution nutritive contenant des sources de carbone, d'azote et des sels minéraux et on isole le Monorden de la solution nutritive, par exemple par extraction à l'aide d'un solvant.
