Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de diphénylamine styrénée à l'aide d'un catalyseur modifié par une base. La diphénylamine est amenée à réagir avec du styrène en présence d'une argile modifiée par une base pour améliorer les rendements en diphénylamine p-styrénée DPA, en particulier en DPA distyrénée. Une telle argile est par exemple la terre à foulon tandis que la base est par exemple KOH. La diphénylamine fortement p-styrénée est un antioxydant actif peu volatil.
